I went in specifically to have filler placed in my upper lip. Andrea ended up putting filler in other areas that I had not asked for, while the middle portion of my upper lip was missed entirely. When I called to question what had happened, I was asked to send a picture, which I did. Unfortunately, I never received an explanation or a clear response about why the area I had specifically requested was not treated. I then had to repeatedly ask for another appointment, and eventually one was scheduled about seven weeks later. At this point, I'm already seeing my lines returning, and I honestly feel that the $750 I spent was not well spent. I'm now being told that I would need to spend another $750 for additional filler. Considering that I don't feel the first treatment achieved what I originally asked for, I personally do not feel comfortable spending another $750. I'm sharing this simply so potential customers can make an informed decision. My experience was disappointing, particularly given the cost, the areas that were treated versus what I requested, and the lack of follow-up when I raised my concerns. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to ask questions, be very specific about what they want treated, and make sure they fully understand what will be done before proceeding.

The salon offers many types of nail services and I impressed with the options. I've yet to get a pedicure but plan to when the weather warms. She mapped my brows, did some color matching, and talked about expectations the day of the appointment. I felt very well-informed and comfortable in her hands and with Boss Gal in general. My appointment was the following week and it went as smooth as expected. And speaking of expectations Kayla provided me with an overview of what the next week or two would look like from the appearance of my brows to the healing process and everything else. On day two they were super dark, but as she advised they would soften over time and they did! Four weeks later was a touch-up and it was exactly what I needed. I would try to book the person I had last time for some kind of consistency -- and, even though I would specifically choose appointments based on the waxing specialist listed at the time, whenever I arrived, I was just told someone else would be doing my waxing. The last time I went it was a brand new person--in fact, she said it was her first week--and the experience was incredibly painful. It made me question what kind of training she had been given. Additionally, she did a different service than what I requested! At the end, she explained she had been "distracted" and gave me what the previous customer asked for. I recently went somewhere else, and the experience was entirely different and not hardly painful at all (and yet an equivalent cost). This location would benefit from better management and training.

There is never, ever going to be anything comfortable to me about spreading your legs into butterfly formation to a stranger, but somehow Marion makes that process *as painless as possible* and as non-awkward as possible.
