After talking to their GM, they refused to give any of it back. These people are sharks looking for money any way they can get it. Please look elsewhere before going and do not allow them to keep your credit card information; it will not turn out well for you! I was in the parking lot to go to another business and saw the Beach Tans and Hair sign. I went in and spoke to Lisa. She told me she would love to color my hair and would pick up the Splat colors I showed her in a photo. She called me to let me know she got the color and to give me a price. The price was in line with what I was expecting. I showed up for my appointment and Lisa was as excited as I was to do my hair. She did a fantastic job and did it exactly the way I asked.
