Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly. Emmy made feel very comfortable and welcome. Emmy cut my hair perfectly and I was done. When my pedicure was over the tech(owner) who was supposed to do my nails left the business with her kids. I sat there for 15 minutes and eventually had to go since it had already been an hour and a half. They couldn't ring me up, only the owner can do it. She wasn't at the business. I had to leave with unfilled, uneven, and unpolished nails. I came in with painted nails. They even tried to charge me for removing the polish. AFTER THE NAIL TECH LEFT THE BUSINESS. It somehow was my fault she left and they couldn't take credit cards. They have children running around and trying to smooth over customer issues while the business owner LEAVES them unattended. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be reporting them to the BBB and the State for their business practices and breaking child labor laws.

I have used Heather and she is great, but now go to Mimi and my husband has his nails done and cuticles trimmed and loves the way she does his. She does a gel American manicure on my nails and really takes her time. I have tips on this time and my nails look amazing. She also did an awesome job on my toes. During the winter, I usually do gel on my toes so I can put my shoes back on and in the summertime, I do a regular polish on my toes with my sandals already on before she paints them. It is not inexpensive, but so worth it!

Maybe from afar these nails look nice. Up close to see? hell no. The polish is missing from some parts of the side of my nails, my nails are glued on sideways, it looks like a chop shop. They wanted me quickly in and quickly out. I spent over $120 for a pedi and a full set with gel. I had high expectations. It was a disappointing experience and I won't be going back to them ever again. The nail design is pretty!!! The nails just look at mess. The is the second time it has been "fixed" and it is still crooked. I'd give them a zero.
