I know my feet aren't exactly what you'd call "cute"--more like hobbit feet if I'm being honest--but that doesn't mean they needed to paint my toes like they were blindfolded in an art class. There was polish all over my toes, half of my skin, and yet somehow, parts of my actual toenails were left completely unpainted. It cost me $95 for an adult and child pedicure, plus tip, and if you can believe it, I left with my feet looking worse than when I walked in. Yes, worse! If you're into abstract art, maybe you'd appreciate it, but if you're looking for a decent pedicure, you might want to keep searching.

My husband also noticed several hanging pieces of dead skin around his nails that weren't trimmed or cleaned up, making the finished pedicure look incomplete. The technician happily did it again. I understand they were busy, but I would have preferred more attention to detail, especially for the price of $370 which doesn't even include tip, I expected a bit better experience. With more time spent on each customer, this salon has the potential to provide a much better experience because the cleanliness and atmosphere are already there. I'm STILL in pain and it's been a few days since my appointment. I understand mistakes happen, but the roughness, lack of care, and poor handling of the situation were unacceptable.
