We had the spinach dip and I highly recommend it. We both had salads. The Caesar salad was one of the best I've ever had. The dressing wasn't overpowering and the croutons had a nice crunch but tender. You know how some can tear your mouth up!! Not the case here at all. My dinner companion had the house salad that came in its own cucumber bowl. So cute. And delicious. We both had steak and potatoes. Steaks were cooked perfectly and seasoned so well, no steak sauce required and that's how you know you have a perfect steak. The potatoes were smooth and silky. Exceptional experience. Definitely a must try!

All of us ordered our prime rib medium, and it came out tender, flavorful, and served with au jus and horseradish sauce. Mine was slightly overdone, but still very tasty. I added sautéed mushrooms and pearl onions, which were a perfect touch. I started with the house salad, beautifully wrapped in thin cucumber slices that formed a little bowl filled with greens, sunflower seeds, bacon bits, cherry tomatoes, and my choice of dressing. My loaded baked potato was huge and perfectly prepared. I couldn't even finish everything. Dessert was a chocolate mousse cannoli -- rich, creamy, and a great ending to the meal. The only disappointing part was our waiter, who seemed uninterested and ignored us when we tried to get his attention. Thankfully, Vance, another server, was amazing and made up for the experience. The environment is stunning, and the hostess was very welcoming. I'll definitely return -- just in a different section next time.

They never disappoint, the service is quick and friendly, the atmosphere a bit lively and definitely a family friendly place. Really impressed with the pace of the food. We had a chance to eat the appetizer and really enjoy it before the salads came out. We finished the salad with a few minutes to spare before the main entrées came. The steaks were all cooked exactly as we requested. The sides tasted like good old down home Southern cooking! By the time we finish the meal we were stuffed. The table next to us had some of the most well-behaved children. I had seen or experienced in a restaurant in a long time. I asked the server if I could use my special birthday dessert coupon and donate to that table and they did not have a problem with that. Of course, I asked the parents before I did it, and I have never seen such overjoyed children in quite some time. I'm not so sure. The parents really enjoyed the chocolate overload that game with the dessert but the mother assured me they would be able to handle any hyperactivity that came about as a result. Lol. All in all a really great way to spend a birthday

I should have noticed the lack of patrons when nearby competitors had 1 plus hour waits. Lots of parking and easy to find, however. That was the high points. We were seated quickly, party of 4 adults, and server had menus in our hands quickly. The table was pretty dirty as we sat down and server re-cleaned it in front of us. We placed drink and food orders at same time. A couple of us went to the poorly maintained restrooms. Filthy was the better word to use. They matched the rest of the restaurant. Upon getting back, the drinks were brought to the table. One of the waters had debris in it and the iced tea was not with ordered lemon. Eventually after a very long wait, our food arrived. None of the steaks were cooked as ordered. All were rare, not medium medium well, or well done as ordered. We had to ask for rolls. One of the steaks was requested to be cooked as ordered and when it was returned, another server slightly slung it onto the table with a sour attitude. That recooked steak was still rare. Server never returned to top off drinks or check on us. We had to request the server to get our check. When she returned the check, the provided credit card wasn't in the folder. The server argued it was returned. It was found at the register. Way too expensive for a horrible experience. A couple of the party had stomach cramps afterwards.

Disappointing Experience at Prime Cut After Years of Loyalty…read more My husband and I had dinner at Prime Cut in the Beach View Casino on Friday night. We have been loyal guests for six years and usually enjoy exceptional meals and service, which made this visit especially disappointing. We began with the Lollipop Lamb Chops in a fig balsamic glaze, along with the pepper soup and spinning salad. The pepper soup was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious, and the spinning salad was just as good as always. After finishing our soup and salad, we waited over 30 minutes for the next course. When the food finally arrived, it was not the lamb chops we had ordered as our appetizer, instead, our main courses were brought out. I ordered my steak medium, but it arrived well done, and my au gratin potatoes were overwhelmed with cheese. My husband's fish was prepared correctly, but his creamed spinach was noticeably overcooked. When we asked about the missing lamb chops, our waitress whom we had only seen once the entire evening returned to say they were bringing them out but would remove them from the bill. I also mentioned my overcooked steak, and it took another 15 minutes to receive a replacement. I requested to speak with the manager to express my concerns about the delays, the missing appetizer, and the improperly cooked entrée. His only response was, "Well, I took the lamb chops off your bill," before walking away. That level of dismissiveness was unacceptable. We have always received gracious, attentive service here, which is why this experience stood out so sharply. Unfortunately, our last two visits have been noticeably slower with declining service.

A surf and turf for me and a lamb chop for her. Was not asked how either of us wanted our proteins prepared but rather told thru the menu. Ok, fine. The fillet came out to the billed medium rate and was seasoned perfectly to where no sauce/glazes were really necessary, but were enjoyed. The 3 shrimp skewers wrapped in bacon were drenched in a sauce that overpowered the entire skewer. I'd asked because the shrimp were a jumbo red Argentina that were different than what could be caught around the Northern part of the Gulf on the what the difference and was told "if you don't eat shrimp that often, you won't notice they are a bit sweeter". While I don't, that sauce certainly negated the possibility of me seeing a difference. The wife's lamb chops were good, but we prefer rare to well done. They weren't cooked to the point of being inedible, but could have been better. The sides of the gratin potatoes and sweet potato mash were...average. Because we paid almost half off our dinner, I rated higher. Had I paid full price, I probably would have complained and definitely sent the lamb back. And a 3 star rating would've been warranted.
