Maybe it was overcooked. Perhaps the thin smash burger doesn't go well with an enormous bun and pile of stuff and it was overwhelmed. The fries were ok, somehow didn't taste like much in spite of a heavy dose of Old Bay-type seasoning on top. Overall the food wasn't bad, just wasn't good.
