To give you an idea, my husband and I ate there this evening and here's what we had (all excellent). Appetizers: tuna tartare with capers, wasabi, sesame seeds, lettuce, and crisps. It was well balanced and delicious. The other appetizer was Cambodian Spring Rolls, which were perfectly browned, and eaten by placing them in a romaine lettuce leaf with crumbled peanuts and dipping it in an amazing but light sauce. The textures and flavors played off of each other wonderfully, elevating it far above any regular spring roll you may be thinking of. For entrees, my husband had the special, Paella (saffron rice, mussels, shrimp, clams, and a whole crab, red bell pepper). Every item was perfectly cooked, neither undercooked nor overcooked and it tasted fantastic. My entree was perfectly cooked pan-seared salmon filet, with perfectly grilled large asparagus and the most amazing take on grits I have ever had (not your mama's breakfast grits). They were delicately flavored with butter, a hint of cheese and I don't know what else but it understated while still having flavors that seemed too complex for grits to have, without being overdone.
