This is the third location they've colonized and they keep some crazy hours, 9:30PM to 1AM every day. I don't know what kind of party animal, night owl kind of crowd they serve but I guess it's workin' for them. As my daughter and I were in line I counted nearly 20 other people also in line. We tried the al pastor, carne asada, chorizo and pollo. The first three all looked different but if you'd have shut your eyes you would have had a tough time telling them apart. The pollo was nothing to write home about. They offered a bunch of salsas including pico de gallo and that definitely made things better. I don't think I've ever seen pico de gallo at a taco stand before. Plenty of light, friendly enough people. No English though. So if you don't at least speak a little Spanglish you may have a hard time. I learned that another stand was recently shut down by the city so I'm not sure how long these guys may last. If you want 'em you may want to get 'em while you can.

The red sauce is nice and spicy, (white people beware) the green sauce is tasty and not spicy. They have all the radishes and onions, cilantro, pico de gayo. Food was absolutely delicious and not expensive at all. The Argentineans approve.

We ordered the crispy potato tacos, a wet burrito covered in green sauce, rice, beans, and a couple of Jarritos. They also gave us plenty of fresh salsa, limes, onions, cilantro, and cabbage so we could customize every bite. Those crispy potato tacos were incredible, and the wet burrito had us doing the happy food dance. Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and packed with flavor. The service was just as impressive as the food. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely appreciative of our business. Our order came out quickly, and they made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is simple, casual, and family-owned. You can see the kitchen, smell the food cooking, and tell they're focused on making great meals rather than putting on a show. Sometimes those are the places with the best food, and this is definitely one of them. If you've been driving past Las 3 Marias thinking you'll stop "one day," let this be your sign. We'll absolutely be back!

We recently started ordering the burrito and that's amazing. The only downside is when I first asked for radishes one lady was happy to give them to me. After that the workers said no they don't give them out. I always have to say "the person last time did" then they'll give them to me. I figured if I asked for them whole (so they don't cut them up) it'll be easier, but NO! I have no idea what the issue is to provide radishes like 99% of Mexican restaurants do. Today the lady flat out lied saying they didn't have them. I saw a huge bag of radishes under the sauces cabinet. To the owner: include the radishes. I've always tipped well because it felt like an inconvenience. If I could buy radishes and make them last forever until I buy more food from here I would.

It's time for Taco Tuesday!…read more Every week, my wife and I decided to try a different place for Taco Tuesday. Last night I decided to try El Pato Mexican on Lyons Avenue in Newhall based off searching for Taco Tuesday. Even though my search showed that El Pato had Taco Tuesday, they did not. I almost left. However, I was committed and in search for the best Tuesday Tacos. Therefore, I ordered 6 Carne Asada street style tacos. The young lady at the register told me they put a few pinto beans on the taco, is that okay? I found out in Central Mexico (Mexico City) and parts of the north, I.e., Sonora & Chihuahua Mexico, this is part of the culture. The southern regions they tend to use black beans. Anyway, the young lady told me that they use the full size corn tortillas when in fact, they use the street style corn tortillas. Two out of my 4 tacos were loaded and the other two were very small and fatty. The first two were really tasty though. At $3.89 a piece plus tax = $4.27, it is way over priced for the value for a street taco. They even charge $11 for a basic Bean N Cheese Burrito. This is my ranking: Taste - *** Price/value - ** Service - ***** Cleanliness - **** Atmosphere - **** Respectfully, Taco man Wedo!
