I don't think I've ever seen pico de gallo at a taco stand before. Plenty of light, friendly enough people. No English though. I usually stick to green salsa because I'm not a big fan of red salsa at most taco spots, but since they included it, I decided to give it a try--and wow, it was absolutely amazing. Anyway, the young lady told me that they use the full size corn tortillas when in fact, they use the street style corn tortillas. Two out of my 4 tacos were loaded and the other two were very small and fatty. The first two were really tasty though. At $3.89 a piece plus tax = $4.27, it is way over priced for the value for a street taco. They even charge $11 for a basic Bean N Cheese Burrito. The horchata is good, and compared to others I've had in the past this one has a stronger vanilla flavor and is creamier. There were only a few chips, but they were good. The quesadilla had a good cheese pull and good flavor. It was physically hot and the birria made it a bit soggy. The meat is tender and the tortilla was crispy in the areas where it wasn't drenched in grease.
