    3 Quesa Tacos de chivo

We came from Az for vacations at Six Flags and wanted to try a good authentic Mexican place this was the best option we've made. My family enjoyed the food which was great. Both ladies that were working there at the time were nice and had great service. We would come back again!! Thank you !!

We stopped on our road trip up north & this place DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Had the costillas de puerco en salsa and it was DELICIOUS.

So so good!! Agua de Jamaica was perfectly sweet, not too bitter or too sweet. Amazing

First time here today! Located right in front of the car wash, convenient you can have your car washed while you eat! I had the birria tacos combo (crispy tacos) they were dipped in the consume and placed on the skillet. I skilled the cheese on them to go dairy free. And this meal was gluten free for anyone with dietary restrictions! The tacos came in 3, with rice and beans. Huge portion of juicy, tender meat! I went with the shredded beef option instead of the goat. Maybe I'll be more adventurous next time! A regular came in while I was waiting on my order and told me "everything on the menu is fantastic and she's there weekly" This place does have tables outside to sit or take it to go. My order was placed and ready within 10 minutes. The tacos were sensational, the consume was delightful with cilantro and onions. The red and green salsa add a nice kick of heat and I will definitely get one of their drinks next time. The horchata and the Jamaica looked yummy as well. The beans were great and the rice was done perfectly! Loved this spot and I can't wait to return and try more! You can call in orders to be placed, the girl working was so sweet and helpful when I ordered!

Probably one of the more authentic Mexican restaurants out here in Santa Clarita. I have had the chilaquiles twice, they are okay could use more flavor and green sauce! I have also had the privilege of having the burrito a la mexicana... really good breakfeast burrito! And my family loves the menudo here!

The good: This is an authentic Mexican (mostly to-go) food establishment with a varied menu that includes breakfast, seafood, smoothies, tacos, and more. They make hand-made tortillas! I got a large horchata, sweet corn tamales (huchepos), 6 fried tacos (birria tacos) with cilantro and onion, and tortillas with cheese/carne asada (chavindeca). I liked that corn tortillas were used and that the cheese in the chavindeca was chewy and stretchy. I also liked how spicy the red and green salsas were that came with the sweet corn tamales. The bad: Parking is limited because they share a space with a car washing place and the spaces are often taken up by that business. The door looked closed when I first came but you just have to slide the door open. The horchata had more of the Hot Tamales cinnamon candy flavor to it which I don't prefer but it was still nice. The tacos came with very little cilantro and onion. It also came with lemon instead of lime. My husband wasn't a fan of how greasy the tacos were. He thought they were a bit dry. The interesting: I reheated my leftover tacos later that day with my air fryer and added extra raw onion and cilantro and thought that it greatly improved the flavor. I will probably come back and try their ceviche.

Beef Birrieria With consume So juicy and lived up to its hyphie! Al pastor Birrieria! Yes pork instead of beef or goat! To me this was amazing! Alpastor was so tender juicy. The girl taking my order was hesitant but wow it turned out so good!

Incredible. The ladies who work here are friendly, creative, warm, and their food is excellent! This spot has become my go to stop for the drive back from LA to the Bay Area. My family loves this food so much I buy as much as I can, load up the trunk of my car, and do the 300+ mile DoorDash! They have both birria de res (beef) and de chivo (goat!) and the cabeza is exceptional. Juicy, crunchy, flavorful. Located inside a car wash, this hole in the wall (I say that with affection) is one of my favorite restaurants ever. There usually 3 ladies working there. One speaks fluent English, the other 2 are fluent Spanish. I saw they had dried fried Chicharron in the kitchen, so I asked them what it's for. The lady said they had an off menu special of saucy juicy Chicharron as a platter and as tacos!!! I got 2 tacos to try and they are amazing. So I obviously also ordered the platter to take home to my family! The food was a huge hit. Birria tacos, the ribs, the cabeza tacos, everything. They hand make their corn tortillas to order (hand pressed with a lever machine, not hand rolled) so their food takes time because the quality is worth it! If you're on a super rush, this place isn't for you. This food is made with love and care. If you want amazing food that is fresh and tasty, come here. My huge order of 10+ dishes took about 15 minutes for them to prepare. Well worth the wait, and reasonable prices! Do not miss this place. Come try it and you won't be disappointed. I wish they had a location in the SF Bay Area!

Tacos dorados birria w/ beef and goat consume
    Elaine H.

I tried their tacos dorado with the consume and although I got the beef option, there were remnants of goat either in the cheese or the dip of the consume. It was intense and just an FYI, if you're not a fan of goat, even with beef, you'll get whiffs of it. I also got one of their al pastor tacos and it was pretty good. The tortillas looked like they were made in house although I saw bags of tortillas in a plastic wrap with a company name on it. I would definitely come back to try some of their other stuff but stick with any option that isn't goat-related. They're a small business inside a car wash and parking is plenty when you enter on the right hand side.

I only saw a bar tender who doubled as a server, and one busman in the front of house. I don't know how many were in the back, but this explains why the wait was so very long. Once seated, it was another 15 minutes to get our orders in. Once the food arrived, it was served hot as expected. My friend's chicken chipotle was delicious but my birria wasn't great. There wasn't much of it, and what was there was largely tasteless. I was given two tortillas which wasn't enough. Their salsa was outstanding though! I wanted more of that and practically drank it. Unfortunately, given my experiences, I won't go back. Management needs to hire some employees so the wait won't be so long.

(It did look like they had heaters outside though - not too sure if they were turned on). We were seated around 7:40 and we had two waiters. We asked what the margarita flavors of the day were, and they had hibiscus, jicama cucumber, and a jalapeño pineapple. I opted for the jalapeño pineapple, while my partner got the Sabor. For appetizers we ordered the trio dip and taquitos. For entrees, we ordered the al pastor street tacos, and Enchiladas Sabor. For dessert we ordered the nutella filled churros. I believe our bill was around $135. Pros: everything came out so quickly! Drinks were LARGE. Timing of the food: Drinks were out in five minutes, appetizers in ten mins of ordering, and entrees in fifteen minutes of ordering. The service was also great. Our waiter came in and checked on us, but wasn't overbearing. The quality of the food was also great. I kept saying everything felt very elevated and a great place to go for a nice dinner. I did not do any research before coming here. This was a place that my partner chose, so the two comments that I made (which I later found out was also commonly noted on Yelp) was that the Chips & Salsa were not free, and that my enchiladas did not come with rice and beans. Typically, when I go out for Mexican food, there are certain things I look forward to, so I was a little thrown off that they weren't provided here. The trio dip was a great option because it did have a bean dip as well as salsa, but it was just a bummer that it was an extra charge. Overall: great service, quality of food, very efficient, and plenty of parking.

We all ended up ordering chilaquiles--one plate with green sauce and the other two with red sauce--and got our eggs over easy. Let me just say: these were hands down some of the best chilaquiles we've had in the area. The flavor, texture, and portion sizes were all top notch.
