'The Butterfly Florist' located at 11534 Tamiami Trail E in Naples Florida does an excellent job every time we have bought flowers from them. They have a great selection and follow instructions. Misleading, Unprofessional, Extremely Disappointing -- Not What I Paid For I ordered a premium arrangement which I paid over $140 for expecting the same quality and presentation shown on the website. However: * The vase was a completely different color and there was no bow, even though I was never informed about substitutions. * When I called the florist, I was repeatedly reassured that "the arrangement looks exactly like the picture," which turned out to be untrue. * There was zero communication from the florist about any changes or substitutions beforehand -- no email, no call -- despite paying for what was advertised as a "premium" arrangement. * After pointing this out, I asked for a fair refund because the delivered product clearly did not match the advertised premium version. Instead, I was only offered a small partial refund because more than that: "does not warrant such a large adjustment." This entire experience left me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer. I will never order from this florist again and cannot recommend them to anyone who expects honesty, quality, and proper communication when paying for a luxury product. I would never recommend this florist to anyone. The experience was frustrating, dishonest, and unprofessional from start to finish. Steer clear of this place!! For Valentine's Day, we ordered delivery to my mother-in-law in Naples. We chose the "Special Deluxe Bouquet, sizing up and expecting something similar to the photo on their website. The flowers in in the photo are bright and colorful and vibrant. The bouquet delivered was tired and pale, small, with lots of mismatched filler. It also came with a cheap pink plastic heart insert and a tacky cheap ribbon. It was frankly embarrasing. I purchased Royal Alure (Deluxe) and paid $117. to have it delivered in Naples. My relatives sent a photo of the arrangement. It's not worth $19.00. The Butterfly Florist arrangement has filler flowers that are asthetically not appealing- color combination and textures are way off. The arrangement looks tired and wilted. I'd love to post the picture of what I ordered next to what I got. This is robbery. read more

My husband ordered flowers for our 53 wedding anniversary through 1-800-Flowers paying for something special for me but what was delivered by The Butterfly Florist was nothing but a $12.00 Publix bunch of flowers with 3 stale roses with the Publix fresh flower food packet tucked in the delivery paper with a pink ribbon. He tried to go to the florist but the address is at a residential house. Not good!!! Of course 1-800-Flowers is having a re delivery but that's not the point of this rating/review. This experience was a complete disaster and embarrassment!!!! We were heading to Naples to spend the weekend with dear friends that had just completed building a spectacular home. We wanted to have an arrangement delivered to them just before or upon our arrival. We called what we thought was a local florist that would put time and care into the arrangement we selected from their online choices. We even upgraded the size upon their suggestion. Once we arrived to our friends home, we awaited the floral delivery to thank our kind hosts and congratulate them on their new home. Once the arrangement was delivered, my husband and I could see that it was NOTHING like what we ordered!!! It looked like the kind of arrangement you could pick up at a Publix and bring home! Maybe worse!!!!! We called them to complain and got some moron working a phone bank and offered no solutions or refund!!!! Never again!! We ordered an elegant square vase with a tight arrangement using several pink roses and this is what was sent!!!!! This is criminal!!!!! read more

I ordered a Mother's Day floral arrangement through From You Flowers (online) that was prepared and delivered to our home by The Butterfly Florist in Naples, FL. Net result? The arrangement was simply embarrassing. That's about the only word that I can use to describe it. I had a card included with the flowers saying "Happy Mother's Day to the greatest Mom in the world", as it was intended to be a gift given to her by her Son, Joey. Long story short, after voicing my concerns with From You Flowers, they agreed to return the money that I spent on the arrangement but I also left a voicemail message for The Butterfly Florist to have a conversation with them as well. My call was never returned so I called them, 48 hours later, and all I received was excuses as to how busy Mother's Day was for them and that they were glad to hear that From You Flowers credited my account for the purchase. I even sent them a picture of the arrangement that we received and asked the question, "Is this something that you'd give to your Mother on Mother's Day? Never got an answer to that. :( read more
