I stopped in on my way home from work on a very rainy day so not looking my best. When i walked in they made a face...I mean i was in knee high boots, jeans and a sweatshirt but not all dolled up for sure. There was about four workers there at the time. Then they were not friendly at all and even a little rude when I asked a question. I just turned around and left. I make good money on the pipeline and if they don't want it then that is fine by me. Even though I live close to this store I had never heard of them until today and after the rude customer service I experienced today now I know why. I was referred to the store as I was looking to do an even exchange for a Consuela bag that I received as a gift. I bought the item in the store in a paper bag, and kindly approached the register to inquire if it would be possible to do an even exchange. The clerk was extremely rude and almost acted I was trying to steal something. Even though they carry the identical item they refused to do an even exchange unless I had a receipt, which I didn't have as it was a gift. I was not trying to get money back or even store credit. All I wanted to do was an even exchange for a different color. If this is their store policy and it was politely explained I would have stayed and shopped. But rude customer service means I will take my money somewhere that treats potential customers with respect. read more

We finally are exploring little shops off 1488. We first went all the way down to RND Rustics but we dropped by here just for fun and this place is way better and very cute/cozy. Also much closer to The Woodlands. Highly recommend. Many seasonal items never seen anywhere else. Unique. Different. Got lots of cool stocking staffers, gifts and decorations. They have these giant red outdoor Christmas balls I've never seen but want to get! Definitely will return. Support local businesses. Owner is very nice too.
