This shop has the rudest owner and employees I have ever encountered in a business. They treat people who bring in clothes to consign like second rate citizens. They aren't grateful for you bringing them business. They act like they don't have time for you. "Go to the website...it answers all your questions". Really? And we are standing right there with them in their store. I will never consign with them again, nor will I shop there. There are other consignment stores in the area who are very friendly, and show sincere appreciation that you are helping their business. read more

I love to shop here! Every time I'm in the area of this store I'll stop by and check out their items. I never leave empty handed! They have very up to date, along with unique items. They are selective about what they take on consignment so you will find current in style designer items at discount prices. They also have a great assortment of designer purses, jewelry and even boutique bras! Don't forget to check out their sale rack where you can find deeply discounted clothing. If you see something you like, don't wait on it because items move very quickly at this place. I lost out on the perfect Brighton purse by " thinking about it"! Looking for a unique item to wear.? Check out this shop! If you have great items you want to consign, then bring them here! However, you need at least 10 items to start a resale account. I used to consign here all the time with the previous owner. For the last year and a half, everytime I try to consign here I am told.."we aren't taking anything right now" or " we are being very picky on what we take right now" or" well we really full so we wont be taking anything new until the beginning of the month". Very frustrating. Additionally, the last couple of times I feel like the prices are out of line. I think I'm going to find me a new shop! read more

Just completed my consignment and did do very well on the amount sold. The experience was less than pleasant however, I have been consigning with this store for years. The last consignment was when the previous owner was running the store, and I was always treated not only courteously, but like a friend and left uplifted from the Christian environment. We were in the process of moving out of state and I had over 250 pieces to bring in that day, so I brought my rolling rack filled with the first of about 3 trips (I'm a fashion stylist so use rolling racks often) I had to open the door on my own even though an older woman behind the counter saw me struggling. (The other owner used to prop the door open with a doorstop for me) After I got in, I waited while they checked out a customer, and asked if they were ready for a very large consignment. The owner who had previously watched me struggle my way in, told me that rolling racks were not allowed in the store. I was confused and asked her what she meant. She said it was due to their insurance policy, I could not have that thing there. I asked her if I could just drop this one batch off and then bring the rest in by hand and she said that I had to take it all back out and off the rack and bring it in by hand. I was blown away by the whole thing at this point and begged her to let me just drop this one portion off. She said with customers in the store, I could injure one of them. Mind you, there were 3 customers in the store at this point and they were all staring at me while this woman berated me. I almost went into tears I was so shocked. She then told her associate that I needed to leave, as if they were about to kick me out. I again appealed to her to be flexible just this one time, my day had been horrible and it was only beginning. She replied no, I have to go. After I let her know this was just the first bit, I had another huge amount of higher end stuff coming tomorrow, she let out a huge sigh and said okay. So, I unloaded my rack and brought the rest in by hand. I did return the next day with even more quality pieces and carried them in by hand. Never did she offer to help me bring it in, her associate took pity on me and helped me. During the second drop off another lady had a large consignment (several trips) so I offered to help her bring it, again, never did the owner offer any help. I couldn't wait to leave. It makes me sad that the sweet kindness of this store is now replaced with a egomaniac on a constant power trip. Had there been somewhere else for me to go, I would have. Sadly there wasn't. So, if you have a consignment to take there, bring help, because most likely your'e on your own and will be treated like they're doing you a favor for bringing them inventory! I'd remind this new owner that without consigners, she has no business. Just a thought. read more

After my psycho ex-husband burned my home to the ground and I lost everything I needed clothing. I came into Designers 2nd Debut expecting an average consignment shop....um, wrong! Not only do they carry top designers, the prices are dirt cheap! I put together a very respectable wardrobe (about 25 pieces of clothing, plus shoes, and accessories) for under $200!!! They have a clearance wall in the back of the store where I scored Dresses from Anthropologie, Nordstrom, and Free People for $2 each. The staff is super friendly and helpful (without hovering). They offer weekly and monthly discounts and they participate in the Belly rewards program (bonus). I highly recommend you check this shop out. read more

My sister and I gave gone here for years and have always had a great time and left with some great bargains! We went the other day and, even though we did find some cute things, the customer service was certainly lacking! We were walking around with arm loads of things to try on and the owner and another lady working there never once offered to hang them for us or start a dressing room. They were too busy talking to each other to help customers. We had to ask where we could put them! Then when we did go to try them on, the employee actually counted how many items we had! Like we might steal something! It was insulting. We finally asked the woman who seemed to be in charge if she was the new owner, because every time we have been in before, they were so helpful! She said that she had owned it for several years and when we asked where the cute girl who had helped us on our last visit was, she said Taylor works for ME! She could learn a few things from Taylor. We left happy with our purchases but not happy at all with the experience! We will probably not go back. read more

I recently posted a great review for this store in Facebook in response to another customers complaint, only to arrive there today and be very very disappointed to drive all the way there and find out Last Saturday dollar sale was cancelled AND 1/2 price bargain rack was cancelled even though rack was full , staff said bargain rack and dollar sale was "all sold" even though entire back wall was very obviously full ( the bargain rack ) when asked staff said sorry owner said. I buy full price stuff all the time so it's not that I am cheap I just look forward to the last Saturday bargain buys and it is extremely disappointing to have it cancelled at the owners caprice when there is obviously hundreds of items in the bargain rack wiring to be sold and you would have to be blind not to see it. Staff was very nice and tried really hard to be overly solicitous to all the customers but we were all very put off and I guess the word would be offended. And as loyal customers we all agreed we felt dismissed and unappreciated. The girls who work there especially Amanda are always so fun and helpful, and I usually love finding new to me Treasures but there is something to be said for treating your customers right and this was just wrong, I know the other customers and myself felt very put off... read more

Excellent selection of clothing. A little over priced on some things. I'm assuming the older lady working is the owner. She treated my 15 month old like the plague. When trying to pay, my daughter knocked over the dog water bowl a little and she made it into a much bigger deal than necessary. After the transaction, she didn't thank me or smile. However, when my mom paid for her items she showed courtesy. I would have been willing to spend more money here had it not been for this interaction.
