Well today was that day! O M G, what a COOL place! They have everything you could ever want in here. I mean everything....furniture, western & regular wear for men, women and I think children too. Tons of home decor, food, spices, holiday decor, linens, pillows and sooo much more. I took a lot of photos to post. You will see what I mean about "everything". So many cool things to purchase. First, let me say, the ladies who work here are just the sweetest. They stop and ask if you are looking for anything special and take you right to it. I was looking for some new rain boots and I was hoping they had some. One of sweet ladies took me right to them. (Wish I would have found out her name) I found the cutest pair and she took them up to register so I could continue shopping. (I'll post a photo) My hubby is NOT a shopper but surprising he was with me on my visit here. He told me the restroom was the CLEANEST restroom HE HAS EVER BEEN IN! WOW! If you are looking for clothes for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, this is the place to go!!!! Also, this a great place for those special gifts for hard to buy people. A Hotpoint 15.5 Cubic Foot Refrigerator displayed in the showroom area of the Appliance Outlet Store located at 32211 FM 2978 in Magnolia, TX 77354 was purchased on August 29, 2023. The unit we viewed was in pristine condition. The transaction was completed by Mike in the sales department. The unit was delivered the following week by a third-party delivery service contracted by Appliance Outlet. It was shrink wrapped upon arrival and was installed by the delivery personnel in a designated area of our garage between a wall and a shelving unit. Paperwork was signed and the delivery service departed. The front of the refrigerator was flawless, however, closer inspection revealed that there was severe damage to the upper, right-side corner and the upper right side of the freezer door and the lower right side front surface where the refrigerator door seals to the frame. The unit runs more than it should and consumes a lot of energy. Condensation forms inside the refrigerator section because the door will not seal properly. Mike, the salesperson, was contacted immediately. During our conversation, Mike mentioned that he did not recall any damage to the unit we were shown. Mike requested that we text pictures of the damaged areas for evaluation. Several days passed before a response was received by Mike, only to tell us that we needed to contact the customer service department because he was in sales and did not handle customer service or warranty issues. Four calls were placed with the customer service department before a response was finally received. Our request for a replacement unit or a refund was denied, and we have since been ghosted by Appliance Outlet. Two causes for the damage are possible: The first being we were shown the pristine refrigerator in the showroom and a damaged unit from the store warehouse was delivered instead (AKA bait and switch). Or the delivery service did not properly secure the refrigerator in the truck, and it fell over inside the truck while enroute causing severe damage. Neither the Appliance Outlet nor the delivery service will take responsibility or be accountable for the damaged unit.

We got an AMAZING price on it (I still can't believe it!), and it was delivered the next day! The delivery was also great. I'm so glad that I finally went inside, and now I am telling everyone I know what a great find this place is! I had been looking for the perfect dining room table, and after going to all the big name stores, and not seeing anything I liked I went into this store. Lula was extremely helpful going around the entire store and taking measurements. Everything I had found so far had been too big or too small. I have a dining room that is mostly used as a kid's media room/hang out, so I didn't want anything to dominate the room. The entire store was amazing, and there were several options in the store that would work for my room. I left the store with Lula's card and spent the next week emailing her back and forth with measurements, and discussing options. Lula was so kind, and always emailed me back immediately. After going to the store a second time, I realized from the sign, that both times I went to the store was at their closing time. Each time they stayed to help me for almost an hour, and never mentioned that they were closed. Lula's husband even agreed to make some physical modifications to the table that I wanted. Try asking for that at a big named furniture store! The table is in my house now, and after delivery Lula contacted me to make sure that everything was ok.
