Didn't see tons of flower, and I did notice that some of the gummies and drops aren't as plentiful as with other locations. Despite this, I was able to find a few things that suited my needs at a reasonable cost. This is one of the closer dispensaries to me (no other dispensaries in my immediate area) and I'm not a high volume customer so I'd definitely return...would love to see more CBD product offerings if they can procure good product.

Instead, the manager told me I need to email customer service and wait for approval just to maybe get store credit -- while I'm physically standing in the store with the defective product in my hand. This is exactly the problem with corporate dispensaries. You might get a big selection and good products, but the second something goes wrong, you're treated like a transaction instead of an actual customer. Zero empathy. Zero accountability. UPDATE: The employee gave me the email "stiiizy at support.com." I immediately told him that didn't even look right and asked him to double-check. After calling someone, he came back and admitted the correct email was actually "support at stiiizy.com." So imagine if I had left, emailed the wrong address, never got a response, and had to come all the way back again. What made it worse was instead of apologizing, he tried to act like he never gave me the wrong email in the first place. Complete gaslighting. Then after I calmly explained my experience to security, the manager -- NOE -- kicked me out and said he was going to "mark my record." Honestly one of the most unprofessional, low-integrity customer service experiences I've had in a long time.

I finally asked for a receipt, and surprise: Cash total: $82 / Card total: $85. So why was I charged $85 in cash? When I brought it up, Vic argued with me like I forgot how numbers work. I didn't. What's wild is that he didn't even have my items in the system until AFTER I asked for the receipt... so how many people is he skimming off every night? If this is happening to everyone paying cash, he could easily be pocketing hundreds a shift. Does management know? Do they care? The ONLY reason I come here is because it's open 24/7. Customer service is rough and the attitude is worse. If you pay cash, ask for a receipt. Every time. He was welcoming and helpful. Then proceeded to the back where we were helped by Hayley and another gentleman who helped us with medicinal dosages. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. There's a great variety of products that surely would suit anyone's needs. What's even better yet is that they give a military discount so that was a bonus. It seems only certain canned beverages were 50% (not mentioned) and the remainder were discounted at 20%. It was an innocent mix-up and he kindly refunded the difference back to me. I now know what to look for and my faith has return to this establishment. Not only that but I received a comment from the Businesses owner with a phone number wanting to clear up any misunderstanding. This definitely is a commendable for an owner to be interested in Yelp comments and wanting to make things right. I will continue to shop here knowing as a customer I will be treated respectfully.
