I had a really upsetting experience here. I parked in the front where there are faded lines next to the handicap spots. I'm currently recovering from a motorcycle accident and don't have my placard yet, so I parked to the right. Security didn't say anything when I walked in. After I made my purchase, the employee at the desk told me it wasn't a spot. I immediately apologized and said I wouldn't park there again. As I was leaving, another employee loudly asked, "Whose car is that?" I said it was mine and again apologized, explaining I was already told and was leaving. He then followed me outside all the way to my car, repeatedly telling me it's not a parking spot even though I kept saying I understood. It felt aggressive and honestly like I was being accosted over a mistake I had already acknowledged. I left feeling attacked and very uncomfortable. They promote that if their pods don't work, you can bring it back within a week as long as you have the box for an exchange. But when you do that, they'll take it to the back and find any excuse to not exchange it. They'll blame your battery even if your battery works with other pods. They will do anything to not replace it! Their staff is completely incompetent and just give you a sticky note with support@stiiizy.com and tell you to email them about your concerns. Absolutely ridiculous, especially since their products always get clogged. I went down the street to URBN LEAF and they hooked me up with a new battery for free! THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT waste your money at this establishment. They advertise a 30% off first-time patient discount**, yet when I went in and asked about it, the cashier immediately denied that the promotion even existed. I explained that I had seen the offer advertised on Weedmaps, and she again insisted they do not offer any first-time patient discount. At that point I was confused and honestly caught off guard. Instead of walking out, I felt pressured to complete the purchase and ended up paying full price. Afterward, I went back to my car, grabbed my phone, and returned to the counter to physically show them the advertisement for the 30% discount. Only then did they acknowledge it and respond with, "You're supposed to show that first. We can't refund you, and there are a lot of people waiting so we have to hurry up. Is there anything else we can help you with?" The way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. The manager I spoke with had a dismissive and unnecessarily rude attitude and clearly did not know how to properly handle a simple customer concern. Rather than addressing the issue or trying to make things right, the response was defensive and rushed. If a business is going to advertise promotions, they should honor them and ensure their staff is properly informed. Customers should not have to argue or prove that a promotion exists after it has already been advertised. There are plenty of other establishments with far better customer service and staff who treat customers with basic respect. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I have to say, I've been to many head shops, and this one is still my favorite! A lot of the budtenders are very knowledgeable, which I appreciate because sometimes I don't know what I want and need help! Lol They always have great deals! Ordered delivery at 7:30p. I knew it was a bit late, so I messaged the customer service at 8:30p and they ensured me that despite the expected wait time increasing, the order would be delivered by 9:15p. The order was eventually accepted by a driver, then immediately they dropped the order. I messaged the support again, and was told it would be delivered in 5 to 6 minutes. Again, order was accepted then dropped. The order was then put on hold from one of my items being unavailable, and by the time I could select a replacement it was past the cut off time to order. Come to find out, the original driver wanted to get off early, and two other drivers rejected the order. I could've come in if I had just been told the first time the drivers wouldn't make it out to me. Long story short, don't order past 7p unless you want to be strung along and ultimately be forced to wait until the next day. Thanks for the 20% off my next order I guess. read more

Was excited to see a stiiizy store closer to me than vista! It's a great location but they have the windows all blacked out and tons of artificial lighting. They also have a terrible selection of black label products and many of the strains I can get in vista simply aren't here. Went in to exchange some curated live resin, but they would not take it back because it's been opened and did not meet the criteria for a return. How am I supposed to know if an item is bad without opening it or trying it? The wax caught fire in my rig and turned the glass black. I got 6 grams and 2/6 were combustible. They said because the wax is low-temp which is complete bs. I have been smoking wax daily for over 10 years and have never had this experience. If this doesn't meet their criteria for an exchange I don't know what will. I don't have confidence in their products now.
