Olga is really careful designer and pays attention. She has a hard job so I personally thank her. If you send your menus as in word format, you can save time and money on design as well. Make sure you check all the spellings, prices, any detail that might affect your work before "OK"ing the print. Make sure you include website, social media accounts. Undeterred, I see that they're still open today for another 23 minutes according to Yelp, so I called to verify if they were open and what their hours would be during the holiday week (4th of July is midweek next week; this is the weekend prior so it is possible to be closed for an extended holiday). No answer, no answering machine after many rings. Is it possible this successful local staple of the neighborhood has suddenly, permanently closed?? The closest UPS stores are in Bay Ridge near 90th and 2rd, and Sunset Park at Ft Hamiltob and about 65th near Three Guys. Those are not near eachother, nor are they close if you live in Bensonhurst or Dyker Heights. I hope that they reopen for convenience sake!

Because you made an mistake. I asked for a refund she told me to deal with the bank I asked to speak with Mike ( which I heard nothing but good things about ) she said he was out sick. I'll never go back to this place for anything SORRY. I feel like this being an owner of your own company you have no right speaking to your customers in a nasty tone regardless of the situation. I worked in customer service for a long time and I understand that customers can be annoying and frustrating but I've never took my anger out on them. She's needs better training.

Picture this- I'm at work in Georgia, 2 days before Christmas, Far Better would be closed on the 24th, & 26th and I needed funeral programs printed, for a funeral on the 27th. A souped-up, 15-page booklet with pictures (not the flimsy 2-pager). I called Far Better on around 2PM on 12/23 to see if they could assist with this last-minute print job. My PDF was too big to send via email; my work firewall blocked the alternative Joe provided. He then suggested I share my Canva with him so he could retrieve it there. By the time Joe had my file, it was around 3:30 PM. He stayed on the phone with me to confirm in real time that he gained access to the file while still handling in-person clients I had no idea what type of binding I wanted but Joe walked me through the entire process reassuring me every step of the way, and he did not disappoint. And the cost...I was expecting to pay an arm & a leg but, to my surprise, they were BEYOND REASONABLE. About $400 less than what Staples quoted me for the exact same job. There were 3 guys at the front desk yesterday and when they gave me a price of $26.18 to mail a 1pd 9 oz package by UPS from Brooklyn to Staten Island, not overnight, not express, just standard UPS ground residential, I couldn't believe it. I asked them what their service fee was and not one of them would answer me, and it is not listed separately on the receipt. Then I asked them how much USPS would cost and I was told almost $24 when it is usually around $9 and change there. These prices are outrageous, and I think that we should have the right to know what kind of service fees they are charging us. I would never ever go back there again. Am I allowed to call them thieves?
