Im personally never shipping with fedex again!!! Its a dissaster, can you imagine your package going 5 business days, I will repeat that 5 business days to Florida ? Are you insane? Are you kidding me, like I'm shipping to India or something, its 19 hours drive by car, 2-3 days max, ups ground takes 3 days. 5 days from California. So Fedex delivers our packages from NY to Ca in 7 days, and they don't deliver on Saturday and Sunday, so beware timing you ship your item, air express 2 day is much more expensive . Im so pissed, Delivery truck was in front of my house, guy didn't sven knock, he smoked 5 minutes and left note at entrance door. Thats kinda service you get. But Florida to NY 5 business day? I had an excellent experience at this location. Alexander (I believe he's a manager there) was helpful and patient. I had to send some critical documents and I was very nervous about getting it right but he took his time to explain all of my options and he made sure that I was satisfied. I've been planning my boyfriends grad party and since printing the rsvp cards here Ive been back for more and every single time I leave with a smile on. The scanner beds are no larger than those of home printers so it's pointless to go here. You can't scan to your USB from the scanners. There's only a tiny 8.5 x 11" flat bed scanner in the work station that you can scan to, which means you also have to pay per minuet to use the computer. There were 3 girls "working" and they were more concerned about talking amongst themselves then helping customers. They were just standing around talking and acted annoyed when I Asked them questions. And on FedEx's website there is no contact information to write a complaint. read more

I am going to get straight to the point. I am being generous when I give this place 2 stars. I called in advance and read a door tag number for a package that I requested to be picked up at this FedEx location, I told the rep when I would be coming so it would be retrieved and it would save me time. When I got there, the store was an absolute mess. How come there is only one employee to assist 8 - 10 customers at a time? Had there been more staff, I wouldn't of had to wait over a half hour to get a package. I also didn't like seeing supplies all over the places and boxes lying over the floor, anyone can easily trip over these items. While there was a good amount of copiers and self service work stations with wifi , I noticed a lot of customers were having technical problems, why isn't there a separate staff member to handle tech issues? To be honest, there are so many better FedEx locations you can find with the same flexible hours. read more

Was at this Fedex about a year and a half ago; I can't say now what I was doing there, but I remember that this Jamaican worker was putting some heavy boxes on a hand truck or something and saying "Why me, Lord? In terms of a shipping and printing destination, this FedEx location handles that. HOWEVER if you looking for great customer support, go elsewhere. I wanted to return an item that I ordered off of Amazon that couldn't be cancelled. So after I rode my bike in the blazing heat to make this return, the last thing I needed was crappy service! Lol. HEY atleast the ac was on. IT felt like 100 degrees out. When I walked in there was no greeting and the phone rang simultaneously. So instead of the manager saying "One second " or "I'll be right with you", I was left standing there awkwardly for the entire conversation (about 5-7mins)!!! When he got off, you would think there would be an apology or something.....nope! Just as he hung up, a store associate assisted me. It seems like she was doing all the work. Nothing less than 5 stars. I went in Sunday afternoon, during a less congested time, to make a few copies and print off a few things for a job orientation. I also decided to grab a shipping box for a future shipment that I'll be making. Due to my lack of knowledge, of course I grabbed the most expensive box known to Fed Ex with little concern of the price. Kenny, was kind enough to point me towards a very similar yet cost effective alternative. On top of assisting me with making a better purchase, he even went the extra mile when printing out my documents. I printing a pretty substantial amount of papers and requested that they be stapled together. He did me the even better gesture of putting those documents in a book/binder type layout with a spiral seam and plastic cover and backing. Its employees like him that take the extra steps to ensure you're experience is a delightful one. Thank you Kenny, from a paying customer! You are appreciated. read more

Awful, horrible service. Understaffed and they lie to patrons. An employee called to tell me that my package was available to pick up. I asked if my husband could pick it up and they said he could if he had an id with the same address. When he went to get it, they wouldn't give it to him. I called the customer service line to ask that they direct the location to give the package to him and even though they called (my husband says they were so understaffed he had to make someone answer the phone), the location still wouldn't hand it off. After that, plus other troubles I had with fedex, I requested they send the package back. The shipper requested the same. The store still held onto the package another 8 days finally sent the package back. read more
