I wanted to share my feelings about smart fit after consistently doing it at minimum 3 days a week for the past 10 weeks give or take. I'm really so happy with my results. I feel stronger, healthier, and it has significantly helped my stress levels. I'm super picky when it comes to gyms for many reasons but a lot has to do with our special needs lifestyle. I can depend on coming into smart fit with a punctual start time, I know I will always be greeted and assisted , it feels very clean (which is important to me with a medically compromised son) , I'm challenged each time I work out, and it's an environment that feels safe and doesn't waste my time. In addition, I feel like there is a lot of supporting information about their technique and I like that. Simone leads smart fit in a way that feels present and positive. She checks in with clients and as a customer she feels readily available to all. Brandon is a great manager. I never see him just sitting around , doing nothing. He's helpful, knows everyone who walks in the door and makes everyone fell seen, and or is cleaning/restocking or helping with workouts. The whole rest of the gang (Kyle, Reese, Andre and Alyssa) are enthusiastic, helpful, encouraging and speak to everyone with so much respect; each one adding to the collective harmonious environment in different ways. This smart fit method is a not joke workout. It feels like a 2 hour workout in 21 minutes! Today I completed it in 12 minutes doing lower body, upper body, and core. So I wanted to share my experience with everyone. I highly recommended going in a getting at least 1 workout so you can experience it yourself and you will be hooked. I'm not gonna lie it's hard, but that's what makes us stronger. Time to challenge yourself!!
