Not a bad place to stop if you like watching sports while you eat. Good atmosphere and clean restaurant. Food was just ok, nothing spectacular or "must-try" in my opinion. I had Nachos and there was more green than protein and chips were on the verge of stale. I also tried chicken quesadilla and it was good with salsa, sour cream and guacamole (all with extra costs thought) but alone it was little dry. The service was pretty good considering they were pretty short staffed, my waitress was trying really hard to keep up. I would return to try more items but I do hope food is better-if I do go back. Walked in no joke 9:15 for DINNER. My dad, my 2 sisters and me. As soon as I entered I asked if food was being served, to which they said yes, and I also mentioned that we had 2 underage members. We were sat (at a table outside , nowhere near the bar) and a waiter took our drink orders. 5 mins later and a manager walks out and says in a RIDICULOUS tone that they don't accept minors ANYWHERE after 9pm. Always our go to place for dinner. Had family visiting from out of country , and was left disappointed. 6 of us went for dinner last week, wasn't super busy. 5 of us got served our meals , sat then 10 mins before getting the attention of the server to ask for napkins and culterly . Had to chase down the server to receive the 6th persons meal of chicken fijitas , still waited another 15 mins. We had all finished our meals by the time she was served. Husband had the fish and chips, fish almost slid off the plate with grease . I had the Canadian chicken hoser club, but asked for it without the chicken . I received it without the chicken and bacon . When asked , server replied "It was left out because I assumed you didn't want the chicken , that you wouldnt want the bacon either ". Seriously tho, I ordered through skip the dishes. Was expecting mediocre food, slapped together in the take out boxes. I was prepared to be greeted by stale chips, subpar spinach dip, and a soggy Caesar salad. To my surprise everything was packaged according in neat little boxes with everything on the side. NO SOGGY SALAD . Sturdy take out boxes, accompanied by amazing food. Super impressed with the care, quality and detail that they put into their take out, I can only imagine how well they take care of their in-house guests! This was honestly the worst order from a restaurant I've ever experienced. Might just be whoever was working on this particular night. But a blind dog could have served me it's own shit and it would have been more appetizing. Went in for a quick lunch with a friend of mine , my first time here, we were served by a young lady named Chantae!! I have been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years and have been very disappointed with the service the last several years, Chantae was a breath of fresh air, finally service with a smile ( even through her mask), who ever hired her, job well done. She made us feel like we had known her for years, very attentive,quick with the orders and always seemed to be there when you needed something ( ninja like ). We ended up staying for a couple hours and catching up, great patio, great food and awesome service ( ask for Chantae , you'll be glad you did ). Time for and update because this time it was much better. Let me start by saying "THANK YOU" for adding a decent addition to your white wine list. This was a major complaint for me on our last visit. We ended up here with some out of town guests who had never been to the Brewhouse so they were pretty pumped with the 'Canadian' menu. We got the perogies and steak bites to start that come with that steak sauce. Hello! The boys got burgers and they looked fantastic. Everything for our party came out as ordered. Yet again, we had to ask them to turn on the hockey game instead of baseball or basketball. With that many tv's you would think they could have a little bit of everything going on and if there is a hockey game happening we wouldn't have to ask at all. Just a super awkward and overall garbage experience. It's super dark in there but I went and sat at the bar and the bartender says how can I help you? Thought that was offputting. So I asked for a menu. Got the steak special. While waiting it just had weird vibes and then someone named Jeffy phones and a server talks to him.. they hang up and then everyone sitting at the bar must've been staff cause they all just start talking mad sh** about this guy and how hes a moron. Super awkward for me as I'm sitting RIGHT THERE. Get my steak and it's way over done.. didnt complain as I already felt awkward. But also super tough, my fingers hurt from trying to cut it. Food wasn't half bad. Atmosphere was good. Lots of visible TVs, easy to read menus with a lot of "pub food" options. Overall a good experience. Oh prices pretty decent as well. Couple things: 1. Have a breakfast options during the week. Nothing extravagant but is it too much to ask for some eggs at 11am? 2. I don't need a server breaking down every single action of theirs prefaced by; "I'm just being honest." -great you're being honest. Now shhhhhhhh and serve the table. Be kind, helpful and work hard. We went to try it out at the behest of my 15-year-old son (minors are allowed until 8 PM) and I am pretty sure I know why that was now...but we'll get to that. You are first greeted by a pretty cool sports bar decor, with one wall made from old hockey sticks, another made from backlit corona bottles, and about 65 big screen TV screens including four made into a "Jumbotron" above the bar. If you want to catch the game, there is no way to find a bad seat in the house for that. We sat ourselves in the area up top and immediately noticed that for a Wednesday lunch hour, the place was packed! We were served quite promptly by our server and received our drinks right away. Between three of us we ordered 2 of their daily special of tenderloin, mashed potatoes and Caesar salad for $12.99 which came skewered with a lottery ticket, a pound of wings (we ordered another later) and their bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños. The steaks were cooked well to order and the wings were reportedly delicious (my son's meal). The bacon wrapped jalapeños were absolutely disgusting. Rather than the traditional method of stuffing them, they have opted for a lengthwise halving, plopped the cream cheese on top, then wrapped the wildly varying sizes of peppers with bacon. I am not sure what made those tiny little peppers so wilted and shrivelled, but it sure wasn't too much time in the oven judging from the practically raw bacon draped around them. I took the bacon off mine and ate the pepper, well, a bite of it. Yuck! My partner bit one and that was all. He spat his out and he likes tender bacon. A food abomination like this would not have been so notable aside from the "Oh, that's too bad" we received from the server and the $11.99 we paid to have a revolting looking plate sitting in the middle of the table, but we probably would have replaced it with something else and had a better dish to rave about and remember. I am pretty sure our server loaded up on Valium before her shift, so to be fair it may be why she didn't apparently care about too much beyond a monotone repetition every time she was near the table of the phrase "How's the food..", it was not so much a question, though. My impression of the place takes me back to why my 15-year-old probably wanted to go back even after his Dad and StepMamma won't return. I later learned they disliked the food. His first reason is he loves chicken wings and they did wings pretty well. The second is likely that, for whatever reason, despite the failure of Fox in Airdrie that had similar female uniforms and the closure of Hooters and The Tilted Kilt in Calgary, they seem to feel that their establishment has enough other positive qualities to buck the widely reported trend away from scantily clad, (and in our case, vacuous) servers. They wear skirts that do not fully cover the buttocks of their female servers- no joke, you can see a full quarter cheek of the female servers butt cheeks while they are standing up straight! The male server and the male bartender were dressed quite sharply, but it was a conservatively striking contrast to the scantily clad women and even left a bad taste of objectification in my Fiancé's mouth (although, again, that could have been the appetizer...). I am all for sexy and revealing, this was just overplayed, predictable and trashy. I would maybe go back to watch a hockey game, order wings and enjoy a few beers. It would not be my first choice, which is unfortunate as the menu had some tempting offerings and the decor was really inviting and even had a "Terrence and Phillip" mural. When the novelty of being new wears off, there is nothing so unique or special to keep this place busy. read more

I enjoyed the burger. Good busy atmosphere if you want to be in a loud social gathering type restaurant. Not as we suited for a one on one quiet conversation type meal. The free bus ride to flames game is a huge bonus. Drink down a beer before stepping onto the bus and you can have a worry free experience of no parking, and being able to have a couple more beers at the game. Poor experience there on Sunday the burgers we were served where not fresh but frozen patties from a big box store. The fries and salad were substandard and the place was set up to make the staff happy not the customers. Overall another bad experience here, this is the second visit in a row that the food was bad. I met a work friend for lunch today at the Brew House. Pretty nice place inside, lots of TV's with sports on, a big bar, lots of seating and nice staff. I ordered the Canadian Burger and fries. My friend ordered the beef dip and sweet potato fries. We got our food pretty quickly. Here is where they lost a star or two for me. I understand they are a franchise, and you should get the same food no matter which restaurant you go to, but ugh...its so bad! The fries were...fries. Crinkle cut freezer fries. Can't say much more. The burger looked and smelled ok, it had potential. Sadly, after I bit into it the potential left. It had that grey pressed sponge look. I hate when you bite into something SO overly processed that you can't even imagine what is in it making it that way. Flavor was OK, just OK. It's hard to find much wrong with The Canadian Brewhouse in Airdrie. It's a huge and well-decorated place. Sports pub high end. Lots of booths and tables and a massive bar. There's no shortage of seats and SO many TV's! Good-looking crowd too! My server was the bartender, and he really went out of his way to provide spectacular service. We went to the brewhouse on family day. Service was good but the food was the worst it has ever been. Been there lots at least once a month. I ordered the steak bites which was over cooked. I also buffalo wings, these were the worst wings i have ever had. They were so small but that might be because they were so over cooked. Oh Brewhouse. You disappointed me. I'm not sure we can be friends anymore. Sigh. I went to the brewhouse on Sunday October 18th for breakfast. It was ten after 10:00, however the door was locked. Perhaps they're closed I thought to myself, but my husband insisted they were always open on Sunday's and the sign on the door backed up his claim. I decided to call the restaurant. The phone rang and rang, finally answered with a tired "brewhouse". "Are you guys open today?" I inquired. "Uh we are open everyday at ten!" Sang the condescending male voice on the line. " well your door is locked." I replied. "Huh." I don't typically find that type of response helpful. " do you suppose someone could unlock it?" I asked. "Yeah I guess so!" Again, said in a sarcastic and condescending tone. So this dude comes and unlocks the door, looks at me and says " sorry. I was on the phone with some annoying lady." I wanted to pour a gallon of sour milk on his head. Buddy, you're not funny. You're a condescending ass. I won't be back because of this guy. No one deserves to feel like crap for asking a question. Ps: let your female staff choose what to wear. The skirts are sexist. Unless you offer a skirt for your male employees as well, you're actually breaking the law. read more

Huge space, cheaply decorated. Only positives are that there are many tv screens and cute beer keg lighting. Food was super dry, overcooked and tasteless. We had the pulled pork, which tasted like it was waved over any sauce. The fish and chips was so dry...how is it possible to ruin French fries? We ordered beer and the waitress never came back to see if we needed more. Sat without a beverage for almost 20 minutes until she came to see if we were ready to leave. So not impressed. Wow this place has really dropped in quality! Friday night special Prime rib comes to the table lukewarm, veggies are cold. Not the way to have serve beef. What a shame it started out as a great reliable place for good food but as time has passed so has the quality. When I requested the waitress to remove the dinner (not our original waitress) she was quite snotty. Amazing service! Am sitting in the brewhouse now, and I just had the most amazing service. I had been to another Brewhouse a week earlier and had ordered a poke bowl with rice and cucumber, avocado, tomato, etc. It was absolutely delicious. So as I was driving through Airdrie wondering where to stop for lunch and saw another Brewhouse, remembered my awesome poke bowl, and decided to go in. I'd seen something with the name "poke" on the seasonal menu and just ordered it without looking. My mistake. When Terry brought it out, I noticed it was just poke and chips, not what I was expecting, but whatever. I was confused. Asked Terry if there was something else with rice that I maybe ordered wrong. He took the plate and came back with rice for me. I thanked him and apologized. It was my fault. The server, Ray-Lynn came over at that time and Terry explained that there are two different menus. I said it was fine with the rice and the poke. I was happy. Then Terry came back with extra avocado and tomato and told me he figured out how to make it. That is customer service at its absolute BEST! I was not expecting that at all. But I sure do appreciate it! I love Brewhouse and will always choose to come here over anywhere else. read more

The first time I was here with some buddys and the guys beside us were causing issues which we pointed out to one of the guys working that night and did nothing till my friend with a cast went out for a smoke and the guys beside us followd him and starting fighting him we then went out to end it. The manager on duty told us and his exact words were get the fuck out of my bar. And then let the guys who started the problem back in.
