Our fragrance specialist (i made that title up) Natasha was the sweetest and she was extremely helpful when my friend wasn't confident about the scents she was developing. I suggested candle making and another activity and candle making was everyone's top choice. We made a reservation for a party of six and arrived a few minutes early. We were greeted and got started right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got to choose the type of candle, the size, and the scent(s). There are over 100 scent options, so it can be overwhelming if you're indecisive or not sure of what you want. I chose pine needles, white pepper, and black oud for my scents. After choosing our scents, the staff walked us through the pouring process step by step. Once the candle is poured, it will need to set for two hours before it is ready to go home. Since they were closing, we decided to come back another day to pick them up. We all loved our scents and were excited to light them. However, you have to wait two weeks before lighting them, which was the tough part! We've had our candles for almost three months now and use it sparingly since we like them so much and don't want to run out quickly. We thought the prices were reasonable especially for the quality of the candles and the experience. Highly recommend!

The cashier and person assisting with stocking were both friendly and helpful without being pushy/overly involved (ALWAYS appreciated as an introvert!). I had brought my mother along to help, since she did have some idea about flowers, and they asked a number of questions about the overall feel of the wedding, the colors we were using in our outfits, and our own personal style. We looked over pictures of Andrews Chapel, our ceremony, location and they had lots of ideas to discuss. We decided on an overall feel and some colors for the floral components and left the details in their very capable hands. We could not have been more pleased with the final results! The pew decorations were simple but elegant and showcased the natural beauty of the wood of the chapel. My bouquet was amazing, in shades of white, cream and burgundy. And for the reception, they designed very casual but lovely centerpieces around orchids, which we were able to send home with our guests. Everything exceeded our expectations and added just the right accents to our special day. No problems at all with delivery or setup at either of our locations. I cannot recommend X Floral, Mylez and his staff highly enough. They produced amazing floral design for us - breathtaking in its simple elegance.

He created a beautiful small arrangement while chatting me up about all sorts of things. Very personable and talented. I also asked for petals for the table. The arrangement was $35 which I felt was adequatly priced. The petals were $5 which was way overpriced. I didn't balk and had to run out to make the party. I would definitely order from him again. The shop was clean and airy and inviting, and I was shocked by how many great products they sold. I love that they are zero waste and you can bring in your own containers. I'll be sure to check out their detergent, soaps and shampoo bar once I've used up my current products. I did pick up a clay face mask that I can't wait to try. It was a little bit on the pricier side at $25, but I liked the simple ingredients and wanted to support this great store concept. Also, they had a really cute area with their oils where you can make your own perfume ($29.99) or fill your own car freshener vials. I'll definitely be bringing friends back to do that together. They had such a wide range of products like body wash, natural toothpaste, face masks, candles, handmade soaps, and more. Everything is either refillable or handmade, and the ingredients were super clean, which I really appreciate. You can tell a lot of thought goes into what they stock. It didn't feel like just another store; it felt like someone's passion project. When we went to check out, the person at the counter (I think he was the owner) was so genuinely warm and welcoming. He asked if it was our first time in and took the time to walk us through how the store works and what they're all about. No pressure, no upselling, just someone who really cares about what he's doing and wants you to feel comfortable. They have a white gazebo we used for our ceremony that is in off center of the garden overlooking the bay. They have a small building with bathrooms, prep kitchen and area for seating. We opted to have everything outside but had the inside building available for those that wanted to escape the heat. It was so fun coming back sharing this special space with our kids and reliving the most magical memories.
