From what I can see on all of your low rating responses you are a very angry man and need some classes in customer service. We bought a ring pop in the shape of a teddy bear walked right outside the store and opened it to realize that it was all melted and not even on the ring anymore. We asked to exchange it and the man in there would not allow it. Not fun dealing with a crying 5 year old trying to explain why someone won't let us exchange it.
