They told me that I had to move my spare tire with a new rim to replace it. To make the move they were trying to force me to pay an additional $40 to move it. I understand there was labor to move it, but it sure seems like a shady practice to force someone to pay $40 to accommodate what the warranty should cover. I asked if they would even meet me half way, and the employee was rude and unwilling to consider the situation any other way but his own.
