The tables are beautiful and the space is great. They have an outdoor stage and host bands. There is a food truck, but it sells out fast on a busy night, so get there early if you want some good grub! The brisket and the pulled pork are great. My buddy loved his cole slaw. My potato salad really felt like sliced potatoes, so I wasn't impressed. The beer is exceptional, but be warned: Naptowne does not play around. There easiest drinking beer was a 5.8. It's really good, but it will say hello. My buddy loved their IPA and I drank the closest thing to a lager they had. Very, very flavorful and smooth! The staff was very helpful in explaining the menu and even gave us their favorites before ordering. They had a lot of different mead on the menu so we ended up going with two flights to try them all. They have indoor and outdoor seating and it was really nice to sit out back and enjoy the summer sun while sampling all the different types of mead. We liked the Aurora Berryalis and the Polar POG the most. However the Glacier Gold cannot be forgotten as it's a no frills delicious honey mead that doesn't disappoint. The beauty that I liked about the entire menu is that it doesn't try to be too fancy and their names explain precisely what it is. You know exactly what you're getting and so if you have favorite flavors, it's very easy to choose the right one for you. Mead are made right there in the store so you know you're getting a local quality product. We liked it so much we ended up taking three bottles home. One party was a family with small kids and the parents were explaining what different ice cream flavors and sizes were... by this point, the whole experience was like something out of a comedy. At least I didn't have to be at my destination at a particular time. I bought a cup of ice cream too, but employee workflow and communication was so bad that I was standing there waiting for it while several staff members were standing around because no one picked up the slip of paper to make it. Basically: This was at least a 25-minute stop that should have been a 10-minute stop, including bathroom breaks and food to go at the restaurant in the same building, Cook's Corner (which has its own Yelp page, FYI). Would like to see more employees take some initiative and be more efficient. Basically: I wish QT would expand to Alaska or at least take over employee training.
