For me to call today and try to get a consultation for my boyfriend with your group and be told I wasn't allowed to sit in on said consultation was a very weird. I find it odd they told the person that would be helping with retaining fee and fees going forward would not be able to sit in on the discussion. I don't care of your policy. I was a paying customer and deserved to know what I was purchasing. read more

Some said : I dont know. Some said: We will have to see I even started to pay one, come to find out, they knew nothing about the Haven Act. Haven Act lets you exclude your VA benefits...which makes it easier to qualify for the Chapter 7. I called Erin B, Shank office. I mostly spoke with Melissa (Tough Cookie) (she is all about the business) Stern, firm, and gives you yes and no answers. It happened exactly like they said it would. I got my discharge today. Ms. Shank is also a jewel. Very personable. Please see this attorney for your bankruptcy questions, concerns, issues. Not to mention a payment plan. After we started to move in, we found the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned out and dishes from the previous owner were still in some of them. The dust and cobwebs on the walls and ceiling were a specific item I requested to be cleaned and they were not touched. The bathroom showers still had not been cleaned. The carpets were supposed to be steam cleaned but the small machine they used did no good. They didn't even vacuum up after using the steam cleaner. I would have given them an average/3 had it not been for their responses over text. Similarly, I had told them ahead of time I would be waiting to pay the electronic bill until after the day of the service. They also sent the invoice for incorrect charges twice before the correct one. So for me the end of my work day is 7pm - however, today after the service was completed they responded that the bill would be due at 5pm (and this had never been communicated before). I always check the service before paying so would not have agreed to that stipulation. This part is all business logistics things though and I'm sure something that could be easily fixed and not a deterrent for future customers.
