She has a primary pediatrician, but she's seen lots of doctors, as not everyone is in every day. I'd have to say that's my biggest complaint. I realize that it's a clinic, but there are times I'd like for her to be able to see the same doctor. The care we've received from the doctors has been good, although we had one visit a few years ago that still stings. Poor bedside manner from a doctor she only saw once, and unfortunately she was very sick at the time. Care was decent - just a really nasty personality when we both just needed some compassion. But I digress.... These days the wait isn't long at all and the front desk is friendly. I honestly think the practice has gotten better over time. The nurses are always friendly and I like that there's a computer in each exam room with all my daughters up to date information at their fingertips. One more big plus - the myOchsner website. You can communicate with the doctors and nurses online, and best of all - the system works well. I've always received prompt responses from this clinic's staff.

He has had several back surgeries, inserting rods and screws, with excellent results. Our office experience, however, is another story. It just takes so long for them to schedule tests, then to get results from tests, then follow-up procedure scheduling. We have called the office, left messages with no response. Meanwhile, my husband is in pain, can't do anything and we wait, and we wait and we wait and nothing from them; nothing but promises that someone will call us tomorrow or the next day or the next and that doesn't happen. So, add frustration to the pain and anger begins to build. All the staff is very nice and friendly, but there's a breakdown somewhere and something has to be done.

I'm back again probably for several visits. They worked with me again and now all my kids. Medical visits are usually long waits, but the chiropractor and physical therapy are fun and relaxing.. Dr Branch is great. Easy to talk to. Positive attitude lots of energy. Jaime is super nice and extremely patient and laid back. I do notice that the staff the desk that was there in 2019 are no longer there. But staff is still nice and professional.

It was very simple to use and so efficient. Within five minutes, I was in x-ray and the technician was attentive and courteous. Less than two minutes later I was in the room ready to be seen. Dr. Roubion is so talented and his bedside manner is outstanding. He took the time to listen to me and my issues and he crafted a plan to get me back on the road to total wellness. This was a great visit and I am glad I chose Metairie Orthopedics and Dr. Roubion. This clinic is well-run, convenient to get to, super clean and comfortable.
