Years later we are still dealing with the poor installation (the carpet is great, but it buckles due to their horrible work). The wood floors upstairs were split between one good installer and one of the Allman sons. He clearly wanted to be somewhere else. Once he was done with the job, he swept all the dust and leftover pieces into the middle of the room and left. We thought he was coming back. Two days and a few phone calls later we cleaned it up ourselves. Maybe they've improved by now. I'm not going to take that bet to find out.
