Gopal built a wonderful catio for us and our four cats. We highly recommend his services. The process went very smoothly. He first came by and checked out the possible areas, we chatted and he gave us his suggestions and recommendations. His suggestion of making sure they can get some sun, and adding a shelf at the top made such a difference. They love the top shelf. He really customized the catio just for our cats and their needs, including adding railing to make sure our blind cat can also gets to enjoy the whole catio and adding little steps for a cat with no claws. I really appreciated that he also would listen to our suggestions and feedback. We already had him come back and add an addition. The cats are so happy to be able to get some sun and fresh air, and we don't have to worry about keeping them safe. It was well worth the money. Oh, and his attention to detail was very impressive.
