When I finally went up to ask about my order, I was told that it had never even been entered. I spent 90 minutes waiting for absolutely nothing because of their mistake. Mistakes happen, but leaving a paying customer waiting that long without anyone noticing or checking on the order is extremely disappointing. It was a complete waste of my time and showed a serious lack of organization and customer service. I hope they improve their ordering process so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
