(I hope I don't cause a rush on these and then I can't get them! :-) However, I found a new venue where I can get Penn's country ham. I have a venue for Berger (sp?) ham but I actually prefer Penn's. Now I can't stop going in there to buy country ham because it's one of my favorites. Alas, the saga continues, because one day I splurged on a pint of gourmet ice cream. No, it wasn't cheap, but OH MY GOSH I can't even describe it! This shocked me because I am not much of an ice cream eater having had an intolerance for milk as a baby. This stuff is indescribably delicious! I have also found other items occasionally like huge baking potatoes or fresh corn on the cob that they occasionally have. Iim just a little annoyed that it's taken me nine years to go in and check it out. The service is very good, and there is an obvious aura of family pride in their service.
