Her first appointment was a consultation to see how or where she was in her healing process and they determined she'd have to have 3 sessions a week. Both Anthony and Samantha were very gentle with her and made her feel at ease and she even received a Thank you card from Samantha who was doing the Evaluation on her which was a very lovely heart-warming touch. Today was her actual first PT session and even though she's in a bit of pain, she did awesome doing her workouts. We only pray that she continues to heal and recover. We highly recommend this place for any PT..

To begin with, the morning receptionist was rarely at her desk and was consistently rude on the phone--when she answered at all. On multiple occasions, I was either hung up on or placed on hold without any greeting. I also had to wait outside in the cold for over 15 minutes until someone from the kitchen finally opened the door. There is also an afternoon nurse named Lourdes who was disrespectful toward both families and residents. I observed her frequently on her phone at the nurses' station while call lights were going unanswered. Additionally, I witnessed a member of HR speaking to employees in a very condescending and unprofessional manner in the hallway. I was informed that this individual is training for an administrator role, which is concerning given the level of professionalism demonstrated. I also found their appearance and attire to be inappropriate for a healthcare setting. That said, I do want to acknowledge that some of the afternoon staff were excellent. They appeared to work well together and demonstrated a strong sense of teamwork, which I appreciated. I also question the accuracy of the five-star reviews, as my experience was completely inconsistent with them. When concerns are raised, you are directed to customer service, but the issues do not appear to be addressed. I also noticed visible structural issues in the building that raised serious concerns about safety and maintenance. Given the seriousness of these concerns and the lack of meaningful response, I am considering bringing this matter to local news stations to raise awareness and ensure accountability. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality care for a loved one.

If you're considering placing a loved one here, please take the time to look elsewhere. From the moment we arrived, something felt off. The facility itself looked neglected -- not just "a bit worn," but genuinely poorly maintained. There was a lingering smell in the hallways that never seemed to go away, and cleanliness did not appear to be a priority. Floors were dirty, common areas were cluttered, and residents often looked like they hadn't been properly cared for. What bothered me most, though, was the staff. While a few individuals seemed kind, the overall attitude was inattentive and, at times, outright dismissive. Simple requests took forever to be addressed, if they were addressed at all. It often felt like residents were being treated as inconveniences rather than people who deserve dignity and care. I witnessed call buttons going unanswered for long periods, which is completely unacceptable in a place that's supposed to provide medical support. Communication was another major issue. Trying to get updates or clear answers about care plans was frustrating and often led nowhere. Staff members would give conflicting information, and it never felt like anyone was truly accountable. It created a sense of uncertainty and anxiety that no family should have to deal with. And on top of it all I bring my kids in the mornings before they go to school or on the weekends so they can see their grandparent and yet they refused to let my kids in because of how rude and loud they were being but all was false and they are good kids I even watched them and yet got a warning for it

We've used Vibralife before in 2019 and thought that they were absolutely excellent. However, we…read moretransferred our mother there from WBAMC recently and they were very bad. While all of the other residents were dressed daily, they never took our mother out of her hospital gown even though we had 8 outfits available to staff. Instead, she was escorted to Rosary, physical therapy... everything in her hospital gown. We asked for a care team meeting so we could address issues like bathroom cleanliness, her medication, goals, dressing, physical therapy, speech therapy, hydration. Everything was forgotten by the very next day and they even went as far as saying that an issue we were concerned about that day wasn't agreed upon in the meeting the preceding day. They even disclosed information that we weren't aware of from WBAMC (a cancer concern)... not to inform us but to leverage their position against us. The staff were always immediately on the defensive whenever we raised a concern in our mother's care. Not good people and no way to run a care center. We moved our mother to another facility and, on the way there she said "You saved me! God bless you for saving me!". Broke our hearts. Never again and will never recommend. I wonder if anyone else has noticed that many of the one very reputable care centers in El Paso have declined drastically post-COVID.

The people could not be more friendly or helpful, bending over backwards to serve my every need, even my special dietary issues. I vibrant Physical Therapy program that worked around my dialysis schedule but still got me back on my feet and mobile again in the time I had set a goal for. They offered to do my laundry during my stay. They had several shower options as I progressed that I really appreciated. And every person I met was super engaging and seemed genuinely concerned about my well being during my stay. Inviting me to religious services, of which they hold one daily, of various religions depending on the day. A "game" room with bingo and other engaging games and group activities, to get you out of the room and out of the bed. A nurse always on duty, to talk to or get meds. And they even set a daily morning and evening med schedule and administered my meds in a timely manner, on schedule to help me heal and keep me in good health. They also provided me rides to and from my dialysis treatments 3 times a week. And they were CONSTANTLY cleaning, my room, the hall, you Name it... very sanitary. Every the night time nurse and CNA's check in you every few hours just to make SURE you're "OK" in your room. If I EVER have to go back into a situation where I need rehab or an extended stay with nursing care again, I will definitely return to Pebble Creek Nursing Center. Their staff is off the charts !!!

No place is perfect; however, they do test every employee and resident to make sure if someone tests positive or is sick, the immediate protocol is to secure the location and ensure each resident is cared for individually in their room during the quarantine period. I am very impressed of everything that has been upgraded by the new owners. The residents are given a choice of menu items at lunchtime and the hallways have been refurbished for a fresh, modern, inviting look. Most of the building is still being renovated by updating most of the fixtures, vacated rooms, and common areas. I am elated when visiting Mom who seems to be very comfortable and satisfied of the employees who care for her daily. Her health and safety are my main concerns by the people I must rely on and trust to care for her who I have made an effort to know each one of them. They have improved satisfactorily in the last 3 1/2 years at this location compared to the many years Mom had been a resident at an old Sunridge location that was closed down three years ago. Their rate for assisted living has increased due to the economy but is well worth it considering everything that has improved for the betterment of everyone - employees and residents.
