The techs on the equipment floor were very helpful with all clients. The techs with the patients…read morecommunicated with all clients in a nice manner. The only issues were that the admin forgot to include the doctor's full orders and did not complete the referral number of sessions. They didn't scan the complete orders into computer from the beginning. One piece of equipment was outdated, but all other equipment was nice. At times the A/C would not be cooling the rehab facility. The assessment evaluation (which is separate from the rehab), was done in a closed room, physical therapist does various range of motion tests, and only negative is that the PT lifted back of shirt and lowered waistband, to evaluate spine back, without giving advance notice. Assessment needs to be done in open room, especially since all the rehab is done in open work area. Needs improvement. All the therapy technician assistants who actually helped clients with the equipment were all super professional, often helping multiple clients. The techs were friendly, communicating with clients. The location does have alot of equipment, tools, bands, small weights, they have spray for sanitizing stations, and do use towels. They have plenty of stretching benches, pulley weights, and a large variety diversity of clients, which is excellent. They have an easy check-in system which clients can check themselves in, and enough reception seats. Front desk is polite, and helpful with all clients.

She's been seeing her Dr and they referred her to this establishment for physical therapy. Her first appointment was a consultation to see how or where she was in her healing process and they determined she'd have to have 3 sessions a week. Both Anthony and Samantha were very gentle with her and made her feel at ease and she even received a Thank you card from Samantha who was doing the Evaluation on her which was a very lovely heart-warming touch. Today was her actual first PT session and even though she's in a bit of pain, she did awesome doing her workouts. We only pray that she continues to heal and recover. We highly recommend this place for any PT..
