On a recent long 5 hr flight from the West Coast , I developed a very sore lower back. I decided to go to A Body Works massage . Libby who did the massage asked me prior to starting what were areas of focus. Libby is very gifted and targeted all the right spots and it was heavenly. I have been going to this establishment for many weeks. Justin is wonderful. As a regular he always knows what areas I need focus on. Very caring massage therapist. He is very personable in regard to my physical ailments. I love that I can almost always get a Saturday appointment. He is definitely an asset to this establishment. I would never not visit this establishment based on one opinion. Probably the worst massage ever. I went to Justin and let me just tell you what went wrong. I requested that only my neck and back be worked on but he did not listen to this. The pressure was very light, and I could barely feel anything. His nails were long, and he kept poking me. Also, he decided to eat a lollipop during my massage and I could hear the slurping sounds, which was actually repulsive and not relaxing at all. He kept taking breaks to drink and would slam down the cup. Can't forget the coffee breath blown in my face during the massage. I only got this massage because I was in pain for a week, so it was very frustrating. read more

A little hidden gem of a massage place in North Syracuse!!!! This is the only place I will go. What you need to know: This is a no frills place but you won't leave disappointed! My favorite masseuse is Kelly C and the prices are so reasonable (you can even find a coupon most day!). I go when I have some tight spots I need worked out or when I just want to relax. They have a few masseuses and they can sometimes squeeze you in that day if you call early enough. read more

I am a long time customer that has noticed the business slipping in customer care the last few years. The final straw and the reason I booked with another provider today was how we were treated last visit. After booking two weeks in advance prior, we drove across town to find out that there was no booking for us. instead of looking through the calendar and looking for us somewhere or even apologizing. We just got a blank stare. Then a woman came from the back and started giving us a hard time. She could not have been more rude. The only reason for the one star is for years that was a great place to go, but not now. Never again! read more

I came here for a pregnancy massage and oh my God!!!! It was amazing. I will always go here. Only thing why I didn't rate over 3 stars was because my husband and I were wanting to do a couples massage for our anniversary but we called to make an appointment and they didn't even have 2 massage therapist to do a couples massage. Really upset us. They should really have on their website when they do and dont have two couples massage therapists. read more
