I have to say, this recent experience was on a whole different level when it comes to customer service and attention to detail! The two staff members working that day were absolutely amazing--so kind, helpful, and attentive. Our kids felt comfortable and safe with them the entire time. They offered to help set up and clean up our party items, checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed, and made a point to acknowledge the birthday boy multiple times throughout our reservation. We truly felt taken care of, and the staff made the day even more special. As for the space itself- we loved it. You get 2 hours from start to finish (Activities are 1 hour 45 minutes, with the last 15 minutes of your party being used for packing up). You can have up to 12 kids any additional is just $5 per child. You're allowed to come in 15 minutes early to set up, and cleanup needs to be done right at the cutoff so staff can disinfect and prep for the next group, which is totally understandable. The facility is spacious, very clean, and perfect for kids to run around and play. The staff takes them into the gym to do activities and keep watch making it nice for parents too! They also put up a birthday sign and streamers with the colors you ask for! Our kids had a blast--ours even fell asleep on the way home! Pizza delivery is available (we chose Pizza Hut because it's close), and you're also welcome to bring your own food and treats, which makes planning easy and affordable. Overall, we absolutely loved it here and can't recommend Horizon Kids enough!

The bowling was fun and they even had option of using bumpers. My kid had a good time and it was nice that there was no one else bowling around us. The arcade was nice. It had plenty of free games. The pay games were mostly the claw games where you can win a stuffed animal or plastic duck. They offer food, ice cream, and drinks. Ice cream was delicious and my kid approved! Overall, it was a fun time and worth the amount of money that we spent. It was clean and comfortable inside. The golf course was kind of tight quarters with everyone waiting but otherwise, it was a good time!

We walked and hiked around-there was so much to see! You will need some good shoes to walk in, but the hike/walk was not a challenging one. We enjoyed our time in nature and exploring the area. We wished we could have stayed longer than 2 hours. Don't forget to visit their gift shop and make them a generous donation. Their merchandise is wonderful and there is something for everybody. We would have happily paid more for admission-the money goes to such a great cause. We WILL be coming back to this.

We came on a Wednesday which was 25$ for a wristband that allows you to go on 5 rides or activities. The girls loved the go karts, bungee jump, and bumper boats. Adults enjoyed the slick track and batting cages. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only downfall is the arcade machines ate up many coins. When we told the staff they gave us some extra coins, but near the end there was only 2 staff members that we could see inside and a line so we lost 3 tokens. Oh well, still a great time!

One thing I found cool was they have "sand" hazards which are just tan colored sections of the hole, not actual sand. But these tan areas seemed to have a higher resistance to the ball which adds a nice layer of difficulty to the hole. Topography wise, this is where the course falls flat...Literally. There is not a lot of terrain to the course such as caves or hills to climb. Overall this is a pretty nice course and I'll likely find myself playing here again!
