They are consistently running late and the wait times are just really long. I have to plan to be at my appointments for 1-2 hours. The doctor will come in, then leave for you to do a 2 min test, then return 20-30 min later. They are also challenging to get in touch with. They answer the phone quickly but then put me on hold for long periods of time. 10-30 min. Normally there reasoning for this is that they are short staffed. The doctors also really pushed me towards allergy shots originally until they realized my insurance did not cover it. Then they said it was not necessary and was unlikely to be super successful for my specific allergies. So that was odd. I keep coming because the doctors are great. I just wish they honored patient time a bit more.

I am a well respected resident of THE WOODLANDS having resided here since 1985 and have been, and still am, involved in the community. My point is that this review is absolutely honest. My story is simple. I purchased the best Starkey hearing aid from another provider. I wasn't very satisfied with the service, so I contacted Clarity Hearing. I wanted to get a new hearing test and my hearing aid programmed accordingly. I was charged $260 for (one hearing aid) this service which took about one hour. My other ear has an implant and I don't need one for that ear. I thought this was a little expensive, but understand they were not making any money that they would had I bought from them originally. After a week, I realized that my hearing was not as good as my three year old Phonak. I just called them, explained the issue, and was promptly told it would cost me another $130 to fix what should have been done originally. This is a TOTAL RIPOFF. They are MANY PROFESSIONAL HEARING SPECIALISTS IN THIS AREA. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. Go somewhere else. REPLY TO CLARITY. For the reader, you need to read their reply. You are correct that professionals bill for their time. But, lawyers, doctors, cannot ethically bill you for the same service. I paid you to program the best hearing aid that Starkey produces. That model is their EDGE AI 24. You did program it, but I cannot hear as well as I did with my older Phonak. What does that mean? Either you did not properly program it or Phonak makes a better product. Tell me which is the answer.

The hearing aids are decent. Be sure to make sure BEFORE YOU BUY the aids that they pair with your phone which you can only do by looking on Oticon website (again I was not warned of this) and I discovered that I had over upgraded my phone and went through a lot of time and misery redowngrading. In any case pairing is hit or miss depending on the day. I was fortunate enough to have great insurance to cover otherwise this would have been very very frustrating.

I found Angel Care Family Clinic on Google and saw all the great reviews they had. I decided to give them a try, I was a walk-in patient but they were still able to treat me fairly quickly. I was able to get diagnosed and get prescribed antibiotics in a reasonable amount of time. I initially had my prescription sent to CVS, but it turns out they weren't in my insurance's network, so I called the clinic back and they happily forwarded my prescription to Walmart, so I was able to pick it up. I remember prior to leaving the clinic I got really light headed and they gave me some ammonia to sniff it really helped! They even let me take a few for the road. I paid a $40 co-payment.
