I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ben and his entire staff from beginning to end with my deviated septum procedure. Dr. Ben took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Both Williams were amazing and incredibly helpful, and the entire staff was professional, organized, and attentive. What really stood out to me was the level of personal service. From the follow-up calls when I first scheduled my appointment, to being given Dr. Ben's personal cell phone number in case I had any concerns, to the personal phone call from William before the procedure, every detail was handled extremely well. The entire office is truly dialed in. You can tell a tremendous amount of time and effort has gone into building a team that works together so well and consistently provides such a high level of care and service. Dr. Cilento was nice his P.A excellent. As for the rest of his team disorganized unprofessional and confused just plain clueless. I cancelled the procedure and I I still trying to get my money back they just reassured me that I made the right decision. Do not waste your time go to a place that know what they are doing. Very disappointing!! . I had to pay $60.00 for a Scope where I requested to see the video and results of the scope without any luck or clear of what the service they charged me was involved in the front counter. "just pay for it" we don't have the information of the scope... Also, I paid for the Sleep Study $151.74 where when I went home it was not working appropriately. Now i have to drive back two hours to pick up another sleep study machine.. very irresponsible and should check the equipment before giving it to the customer. They should not have charged my of the scope and NOW they should not charge me for the Sleep Study.. read more

I showed up to TSS after a few issues with my snoring and sinuses gave me concern. Turns out I had some very long-term, chronic conditions that I had just assumed was my "normal." I received compassionate care that both met and exceeded my expectations. I am now breathing through both sides of my nose and can feel air in my sinuses. Wow! Getting this type of treatment done is not without cost. It is crucial that you investigate how/if your insurance will cover the contemplated procedures. Every plan is different, which means the ultimate patient cost is going to wildly fluctuate. Know what is up *before* you get started. Painless nose surgery to improve airflow and treat for sleep apnea. Recovery was painless, too but slight bleeding for 12 hrs and nose was tender for a week. Wonderful results starting day after surgery - breathing much easier, immediate sense of smell, ~80% reduction apnea and of course sleeping much better. Highly recommended. Dr. Tignor is AMAZING! Super knowledgeable, answered all my questions and came up with the best plan for me. I have had sinus surgery 3 other times with another ENT group in The Woodlands with no little to no relief. I saw Dr. Tignor a week and a half ago in her office and she was able to get me scheduled for surgery yesterday. Thus far my recovery has been much better than previous surgeries even though she did more work this time! Not as much bleeding, not as much swelling, pain is controlled much better, and she called to check on me herself last night. My wife has been seeing this specialist a few times. We wanted to leave our honest review: PROS: Clean and modern office building, Dr. Benjamin Cilento's schooling and experience look good on paper, able to get appointment fairly quickly, adequate parking, short wait room times, Dr. reviews CT scan images with you. CONS: Young medical staff, office and billing department employees who are not reliable and often lie to quickly get you off the phone. Dr. Cilento's bedside manner needs work. Condescending replies to questions regarding care and easily irritated even with a couple reasonable questions. The staff does not introduce themselves and you won't know whether you're speaking to the the medical assistant, nurse, or nurse practitioner. At your first appointment, they will make you get a expensive CT scan before seeing the doctor first and without offering options to get it elsewhere and bring in a copy of the disc and report for review. There is a waiver you sign prior to the initial consultation that informs you about this. If you decide not to be a surgical candidate or don't need their expensive allergy testing, he is no longer interested in managing you. I have visited various other websites in search of a specialist to help my wife and included on the front page of the site is a detailed plan on implementation of office safety procedures related to COVID-19 along with information on when patients should be receiving calls for rescheduling procedures. This information is absent from the Texas Sinus and Snoring website and we have not received a single call from office staff therefore my wife is unable to plan days off for office appointments and procedures. I have been getting emails almost bi-weekly from my own physician offices on updates. She shouldn't have to hunt down the office and beg for services and updates if the Dr. wants business. Lastly, there was a politically charged facebook post that was posted to the Texas Sinus and Snoring website that has since been deleted. I have attached a picture of what I saw. It has since been deleted. Apparently, Dr. Cilento has an issue with democrats. Bottomline: This doctor has ownership in these businesses and does not care about anything except suggesting procedures and collecting the check. read more

Really disappointed. After seeing glowing reviews, went for earache. CT scan and 14 days of antibiotics later, no relief. Also arrogant attitude of doctor was a complete turn off. I am not an ignorant child and resent being treated like one. And I am definitely NOT his "sweetheart," although he kept calling me that. I tried to resolve some of these issues, with Dr. Cilento personally, to no avail. I would rate zero stars if it would allow it. Billing department submitted fraudulent charges. I was billed for procedures that were not conducted or authorized as well as random tele visit charge just for calling them. I spent countless hours on the phone with them, on multiple occasions, trying to get them to submit my prescription over a three month span. Instead of doing it or trying to help me get it completed, I get charged for a tele visit. The only reason that I even know that I was charged is because I combed through all of my insurance statements. No patient should have to spend almost three months trying to get a doctors office to submit a prescription. I have a brand new machine that they refused to help me get working. I can only guess it's because they want to eventually bill my insurance company for their Inspire device and cannot qualify me for it without prescribing me a new machine. On two separate occasions I sat in their waiting room, with an appointment mind you, for over an hour. The first time they didn't check me in and I wasn't seen until 1.5 hours after my appointment. The second time I showed up an hour early to speak with the billing department. Even though I notified the front desk of this, I still didn't get to speak with the billing department until after I informed Dr. Cilento that I no longer wanted to continue treatment with his facility and asked to be referred to another Provider. The billing department couldn't tell me exactly what the mysterious charges were for other than "Surgery". After they made copies of the charges I was disputing, I was told I would receive an email and a phone call that afternoon to clarify everything. Two weeks later and still no call. I was also told they would provide me with a referral for another provider. Needless to say that never happened. The out of pocket cost for my surgery magically changed, less than 24 hours prior to my my scheduled surgery date by over a thousand dollars. This forced me to make a decision to fork it out or "the overall results from surgery could be significantly reduced". Since I paid for the bulk of the surgery almost 30 days earlier one would think that Texas Sinus Snoring would have known this long before surgery. Dr. Cilento refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing and blamed my insurance company even saying that my "insurance is not good". I have a PPO through BCBS of Texas. I told him on this last visit that I constantly smell feces when I inhale through my nose. He of course was more than willing to look up my nose for another $1400. No Thank You!!! It became very clear at that point that I was just another invoice and an inconvenience to him and his staff. Really wish I would've known all of this in advance. Especially before I spent over $3000 out of pocket and in excess of $25,000 (billed to my insurance company) in total. Worst part is now I have to start all over with a new provider that I have to find. At the end of the day I am now sleeping worse than ever, don't feel like I can breathe any better, still experience tenderness and headaches daily, constantly have blood shot eyes, my nasal wall still collapses when breathing in even though I spent an extra thousand dollars to specifically address this issue, and now have to dispute fraudulent charges with my insurance company.
