These therapists are really excellent, genuine, and really enjoy what they do. They also helped recognize the need for Occupational Therapy and provided us documentation for Tricare. In 19 years as an active duty Soldier this has been one of the best experiences of healthcare I've received for my family members. With over six months of bringing her here three times a week I have also observed a high level of professionalism of their staff and the care each therapist provided to the kids here both in the waiting room and during therapy. The first time I visited the office with Christiana I carried her in because she couldn't stand or walk after surgery. I have a bad back and they could see the pain it caused me. It was at that point I noticed the love and care from TLC by helping us with a wheelchair and gifting us a shower chair. Although there were other children's therapy closer to Cibolo we decided to continue with TLC because of the excellent first impression and quick rapport they built with my daughter. Christiana has gained so much confidence and her success here has boosted her self-esteem and enriched her mental health (especially during this pandemic). The therapy was challenging but they always introduced fun concepts into the mix both there and with the at home assignments. The snacks and drinks at the end of each session is of course something my child would look forward to the most. Thank you so much to the entire staff we will always remember TLC Kids as a positive light with so many great memories.

NeuroRestorative is where I'm getting my outpatient therapy to recover from my stroke. I used to be…read moreinpatient before getting discharged at the end of February 2020 and I chose to stay here because the therapy works! Outpatient therapy is tailored to your specific needs (aka deficiencies) for TBI & stroke victims. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy as well as counseling are available under one roof. They set goals with each respective patient and monitor your progress. As each goal is met they assess your capabilities and then new goals are set based on what's next. Whether it's walking again, regaining use of your arms, or cognitive abilities and speech (oral/writing) goals for everyday life and even returning to work they can assist you to meet those goals. I came here with considerable deficiencies back at the end of November 2019 and gradually moved from a wheel chair to a walker and then a cane and now device free. During that time I was also focusing on my writing skills and cognitive skills. I'm now outpatient (since beginning of March 2020) and now am doing therapy at home several days a week with a home exercise program they provide and come in twice a week for progress check ins. I would recommend this place to anyone needing therapy.

I had three people from HNTS call and explained each time that my brother was on hospice for a fatal degenerative disease. I asked them to talk to his care team, provided contact information for the care team and told them based on the fatal diagnosis, that therapy was pointless and unnecessary. But since they could get paid by insurance, they continued to try to do walking therapy on an individual whose motor cortex is degenerated to the point where their therapy was dangerous. I invoked my Medical Power of Attorney and asked them not to contact my brother again. My brother and I are very fortunate to have an extremely good medical care team and are not reliant on HNTS.

RN Courtney visited Mom on a regular basis and made sure that Mom's vitals were okay. Courtney was relentlessly patient at reminding mom about how she should get up from bed as Mom has orthostatic hypotension. We will never forget your amazing service Courtney! Alma did the first phase of Mom's physical therapy. Yet another exceptional person Alma is. She took care of Mom like her own. Sadly we could not get Alma's availability back for Mom's 2nd therapy phase. Nonetheless, Jim was equally amazing. Jim concluded the therapy sessions by giving me an exercise program for Mom. I have since taken over Mom's PT 3 times a week. Thank you Alma and Jim, for everything! And thank you to Luis (RN), the coordinator who made sure that all processes ran smoothly. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of home health services.
