You can request tour information by calling them up and the tours are very informative. You'll learn about the different stations and types of therapy they provide, the history and background for the dedications and pieces in the different areas, and find out just how they support not only the wounded warriors but their families as well. In the main conference room they have shelves full of coins given to them by different commanders and commands in support of what they've done and what they continue to do. I was told that at one time the weight of the coins was so much on the glass shelves that the shelves fell and completely broke. They had to order new shelves and move the coins to sturdier shelves to hold them. There are even pieces of the WTC that are in display in the same room as well. On another level, there's a running lap that runs along the circumference of the building. I can't remember how many laps but I want to say 16 would make a mile. I may be wrong though. They seemed to have everything someone going through pt could need: anti-gravity machines, virtual reality training provided by Computer Assisted Rehabilitation Environment (CAREN), a driving simulator, a motion analysis lab, and a firearms training simulator. The last room being one that Mrs. Fisher (of the Fisher Houses) painted herself. A country field can be seen when the lights in the room are on. Bricks outside the CIF are all dedicated to those that have fallen and leads to a pathway to the Fisher Houses next door. I am so happy I finally got to see what the CIF was all about. It's about time our wounded warriors have this level of support available to them.

These therapists are really excellent, genuine, and really enjoy what they do. They also helped recognize the need for Occupational Therapy and provided us documentation for Tricare. In 19 years as an active duty Soldier this has been one of the best experiences of healthcare I've received for my family members. With over six months of bringing her here three times a week I have also observed a high level of professionalism of their staff and the care each therapist provided to the kids here both in the waiting room and during therapy. The first time I visited the office with Christiana I carried her in because she couldn't stand or walk after surgery. I have a bad back and they could see the pain it caused me. It was at that point I noticed the love and care from TLC by helping us with a wheelchair and gifting us a shower chair. Although there were other children's therapy closer to Cibolo we decided to continue with TLC because of the excellent first impression and quick rapport they built with my daughter. Christiana has gained so much confidence and her success here has boosted her self-esteem and enriched her mental health (especially during this pandemic). The therapy was challenging but they always introduced fun concepts into the mix both there and with the at home assignments. The snacks and drinks at the end of each session is of course something my child would look forward to the most. Only one session was productive because he explained what and how I needed to do the exercises, the two prior were more engaged in their conversations to help me. Before posting this I tried to give them an opportunity to resolve their issues but once again they did not. I posted a review and got a call and was told that they would resolve the issue being charged for the device but I'm still getting charged.

Ms. Kelsey and Ms. Kjersten have been amazing, as are all of the staff. He has grown more in the last few months than he did in the previous years. It is amazing. His confidence has grown unbelievably. The way they go about "correcting" sounds or behaviors enables the children to believe in themselves, not doubt that they are able to do something. He used to say "I can't do that" or "that sound is too hard" but now he knows that he is able to do anything he tries! He loves going and leaves feeling empowered every time. Our daughter also started speech here with Ms. Melissa and she begs to go to speech every day! She is the kid that cries when Mom leaves her anywhere (including at home with Dad) but she runs into her "class room" without a glance back. Her speech is improving already! The excellent pros worked to address my issues and pain relief modalities, which helped me to deal with the injury to my left knee and consequential left leg to foot and hip pain as well as lower back issues. The one on one with physical manipulations was helpful. New to ATI, Randall Kinslow began a series of different physical manipulations to address my leg, hip and back pain. This began easing pain and stress to my body. Also considered other issues such as a difference in leg length and solution to address this as a cause of some of my foot, knee, leg, hip and back pain. This began to lower my pain thresholds to my ultimate relief! Still working towards lowering my pain and managing it if not eliminating it. I can't thank the team at ATI (Judson Road) enough. Their attitudes and expertise create an uplifting environment for their patients and helped me a lot. I believe having an open floor plan with all the patients and therapists helps to engage everyone to talk and laugh as well as meet other people. Ana from Speech Launch is absolutely amazing!…read more A little back story as to how we discovered Speech Launch. Last year, Ana from Speech Launch offered free speech assessments at my kids daycare. We already knew my son needed speech therapy, but was currently in a huge waiting list at another business. Since his first language is Spanish, that usually makes it a little harder to find the right therapist that can help him and frankly we haven't had the best experience in the past. After getting his free assessment Ana suggested to do another more comprehensive test just to get an idea of where he is at. After that, she put together a plan for him and recommended two sessions per week. Please note that parents are encouraged to participate during the sessions. After one month of my kids attending Speech Launch, we've already seen huge improvements in his communication. My favorite thing about working with Ana is how thoughtful she is with all the activities she creates for me son. She makes sure every session has something that will keep him engaged and works with his type of learning. Overall, I am just so thankful to have found Speech Launch and to have someone that I know really cares about my kid and wants the best for him.
