So, it makes total sense that his treatment is complemented by the easy access to a whole range of different yoga classes. They offer everything from restorative yoga to special yoga sessions for prenatal yoga. Whether you are a beginner or you consider yourself a seasoned practitioner, you will definitely find a class that suits you. I love the beginner yoga class! The studio is warm and inviting and all of the instructors are patient. While they each have their own unique style, they all make the practice accessible to anyone, regardless of your skill level. During the pandemic, due to restrictions to in person classes, they have been offering virtual classes. I think it is awesome that they found a way to continue to offer yoga to so many people. In fact, it provides the opportunity for so many of us to participate that might not otherwise be able to go to the studio. I consider myself an advance beginner and I found the classes appropriate, with my preference for therapeutic power flow. My regular studio is warm and smells wonderful of essential oils and incense. I will be back. It served my need to practice while away from home.

After doing a quick search, I found that Imagine Yoga & Wellness Center offered prenatal yoga classes during after work hours and it wasn't too far from home. Eureka! After my first prenatal yoga class with instructor Anu (who is also a mom!), I was hooked. I went consistently from the time I was four months until I gave birth at nine months pregnant. My yoga practice helped me with agility, stamina, flexibility, and breathing during labor and delivery. Even now postpartum, I am taking the slow flow yoga class to ease my way back into getting in shape. I'm so glad I found this hidden gem of a studio, where (quite literally) everyone knows your name. Cliff, the GM went over details about the studio and Dawn did a compressed intro class that allowed me and another guest get a feel for the equipment. Dawn made me feel completely comfortable and confident--even as a beginner. Dawn explained everything clearly, offered great form cues, and created such a positive, encouraging atmosphere. I had been getting regular massages from her at her previous location and she really helped me with my neck and shoulder pain. I wasn't able to go over the last couple of months and I can definitely tell the difference. Massages with her are relaxing and therapeutic. She is an artist and extremely intuitive.
