This was my first visit at this FitLife store and met with the manager Lisa who emitted a great personality with a professional presence without exerting an aggressive sales pitch. Spun the colorful "Whirl of Fun" prize wheel at the front counter and won a free meal of my choice from the wall cooler. Lisa provided a recommendation for the bourbon street chicken and white rice with 690 calories and 73 grams of protein meal (thats a great protein to calorie ratio). The nutritional value was exactly what I was looking for in a complete meal. This location as most, provide microwaves inside the store to heat up your meal and eat on the front patio, take back to your office or eat in your car. I took my meal home and microwave heated the contents per the simple instructions. The rice could have been softer but the bourbon chicked had an explosion of flavor in every moist chunk and was pleased that there was plenty of sauce. Satisfied by the taste and size of the meal, but could not find the expiration date on the wrapper.

I love how the different meals are organized by the category of meals you are looking to eat. They have a shopping cart there if you don't want to carry the meals. They offer healthy snacks and a breakfast items as well. If you wish to heat up your food there, you can because they have microwaves available for use. I can't wait to try more of the choices they have available. They have a garage parking and a they have a reserved parking spaces for 15 minute parking for ideal nutrition customers. It is not a heavy meal but nutritionally well balanced. They offer three microwave ovens to heat up the food and sit at a table to eat or a grab n' go concept. It was very busy tonight in the small store. There are several dessert options including protein cookies and full meal replacement flavored bars.

The name "Farm to Fork" implies a direct link to local agriculture, but I haven't seen any specific local farms named on their menus or website lately. When I asked in the store whether the ingredients are organic, they said that they're not. And then when I asked if it comes from a farm, they said yes and didn't elaborate about which farms when I asked. I pushed harder and also tried to get the phone number of the actual farms or facilities that produce or provide the ingredients. They couldn't tell me that either. When I called the customer service, they also gave me a generic response and couldn't point out to which farms they are actually referring, and which produce are being sourced from what farms. This is non contractual! Just pay for the weeks you want and forget the rest. Last but not least, worried about paying for an amalgam of fruits and veggies you've never heard of? I was too. To date we have tried two meal preps and they are good. The Turkey Teriyaki Meatballs were very dense and a little dry. I would order next time as something where meatballs soak up sauce like Marinara. Tonight we had the shredded pork which was nice and the included sauce had some nice heat. It catches you afterwards. Fair amount for price paid. It isn't cheap but fair in value when you consider a restaurant entree prices . The meal prep sizes are ok for family of four, with no leftovers. We still make sides and veggies separately from home. We did have a Client Service issue on first order. They fairly brought a resolution and was not their mistake, our friend provided wrong referral code. We did have a special request that they could not assist with as missed cutoff. Still felt a little less than stellar for first relationship order, but overall they have been responsive and helpful. We have several more meals to try. Provided all is good we may order again shortly. Order by Wednesday night to get Sunday delivery and also note delivery charges are fair and appear to not be waived at any price point. Kudos for being able to leave tip in advance. Driver was nice, on time, and very cordial. The only suggestion would be to offer directions to warm food in addition to just microwave directions. The portions are small for the price, and they keep changing policies in their favor. The meals arrive with trapped condensation in the packaging, leaving the containers damp and the food a little mushy. I often must drain water out of the container before reheating and then the taste isn't as good. I used to order 6 meals and pay for shipping without any issues. Now they require a minimum of 8 meals claiming it is necessary for shipping and quality--which doesn't make sense. If anything, shipping fewer meals should make handling and packaging easier, not harder - making this change feel like a profit-driven decision rather than a quality one. Furthermore, I was able to order 6 meals the fiirst week the website changed but when I sent an email to find out why it no longer allowed this, the explanation was that it was a "system issue with the website". I work in IT and this field would need to be manually changed, the explanation feels like a corporate spin. Since they merged with Elite Nutrition, the focus feels more on profit than customer experience. The food still has a good flavor for vegan meals, but that alone no longer justifies the price or the frustration.
