Ive tried only a few of these healthy On The Go pre-made meals but not a fan of most. There are several of these health nut places popping up everywhere and they compete for customer loyalty with the exact same concept and similar price points - healthy pre-made meals that heat up in a microwave within two minutes at $10 - $16 based on the size and nutritional value. This was my first visit at this FitLife store and met with the manager Lisa who emitted a great personality with a professional presence without exerting an aggressive sales pitch. Spun the colorful "Whirl of Fun" prize wheel at the front counter and won a free meal of my choice from the wall cooler. Lisa provided a recommendation for the bourbon street chicken and white rice with 690 calories and 73 grams of protein meal (thats a great protein to calorie ratio). The nutritional value was exactly what I was looking for in a complete meal. This location as most, provide microwaves inside the store to heat up your meal and eat on the front patio, take back to your office or eat in your car. I took my meal home and microwave heated the contents per the simple instructions. The rice could have been softer but the bourbon chicked had an explosion of flavor in every moist chunk and was pleased that there was plenty of sauce. My daughter is obsessed with healthy foods and told me to try this place. My hubby had the bourbon street chicken that was loaded with protein so we would split it. Lisa the employee was really energetic and let me spin the wheel and won a bogo meal for my next visit. The chicken was tender but did not excite my palate but my hubby loved it. The chicken ramen salad looked good and fresh but very expensive I mean it was a salad with small chicken pieces and was discouraged. A few days later, Lisa notified us by email correcting her quote of $16 for the salad which was actually fair priced at $11.95. All humans make mistakes, but this displays excellent customer service - well maybe on the next visit I will try it. read more

I used to buy meals from this location 4-5 years ago and it was fine. Tried it recently (May 2023) it was marginal at best. Of the multiple meals I purchased to tide me over for the 4 days I was in Boca for business , 1 was good . The rest were awful. Rubbery chicken, too much sauce with little veggies or meat. Nothing seems fresh. Sorry to find it went downhill. read more

I've been to Fitlife's other location in Fort Lauderdale so i was beyond happy to see that there was a location next to my new office. I knew Fitlife would help me keep the weight off as I'm not sitting at a desk all day. What's great about Fitlife is how easy they make things- you can order online for pickup or delivery or you can go in, grab a meal (or two), and go! They have a program that if you put down $475, you get $500 in food. The meals come in various sizes and prices, and if you return the plastic containers they come in, eventually you'll earn $10 back! They key is to turn in 20 containers. I will say they are nice so you might want to keep one or two for yourself. Plenty of options from breakfast to lunch and even snacks like this mini pizza bites. Whether you're paleo or gluten free or just trying to watch your diet, you can find something here to eat. They even have microwaves for you to heat it up on the spot and with a few (four) chairs, you can enjoy your food right on the spot! Their pork and Mac and cheese is my new favorite btw. Since it was my first time, she gave me the run down on the food and helped me pick the delicious Tampa Bay BBQ Beef With Mac & Cheese. Wow. Delicious. The pre-prepared food is displayed in color-coded Tupperware separated by breakfast/lunch/dinner & snack. Easy to grab and take back to your office or you can eat here using their clean microwaves. The place is clean, the food is refrigerated at a nice and cool temperature. Zero calorie beverages and even low calorie snacks are available for purchase. Priced inexpensively but the price doesn't reflect the quality of the food They have home delivery and even provide corporate discounts. Nice portion size choices Most of the staff are very nice and courteous * I def got attitude when I didn't want to supply my email by 1 emp Some of the food is actually healthy. Environmentally friendly, they credit you for returned containers Cons: The menu only changes 3 times a year...the same ol' gets BORING...not a lot of choices to begin with so you're really stuck after a short while. Not all the food is actually healthy. There is a LOT of saturated fat in many items, and a LOT LOT of sodium, and even a LOT of Sugar in Several of the meals. Lots of the choices are actually very very bland...youll need Condiments All the chicken meals that I tried were all made with dark meat That all being said, it's still pretty decent, and makes life easier which for me is the ticket. They aren't very accommodating . I went and got two meals and when I went to pay with a 100 bill . The guy at front told me they only take 100 bill if the bill is over 50 dollars really buddy what If the customer doesn't have anything else for payment . I mean this is boca they should be able to take bills over 100 specially if they are real like mine.
