My girlfriend and I do this thing where every restaurant or bar we visit, we get two espresso martinis and we take a picture and tag where we go so that we could use for a collage in the future. We have been to cheesecake factory before at different locations and the espresso martinis were good which is why when we came and visited this location we ordered two espresso martinis with confidence knowing what we were going to get. Once we receive those, they both tasted like wood. 100% lumber fresh off the bandsaw. I figured this wasn't right so then I plugged it into ChatGPT and explain the situation. Explain the drinks. Explain what I was tasting, and chat told me that there was something wrong those drinks are not supposed to taste that way and if they do taste that way it's probably a bad batch of espresso and that I should say something. National Cheesecake Day - if you have been to one Cheesecake Factory, you've been to them all. But, it was a different experience to visit this location on National Cheesecake Day. I guess I should have expected what we experienced. When I initially called to make a reservation, I was told that only one reservation of five diners could be taken every 30 minutes. This was a bummer given that I was escorting a group of seniors who had some mobility issues. Once we arrived, there was a decent line in front of us to even place our name in queue. But, we took a chance and decided to wait. We were quoted a one hour wait. Within 45 minutes, our name was being called and we were being seated. We started out with one waiter, who took our drink and appetizer order. So far so good. Our second waiter, who was also very friendly, came by and took our entrée order. Everything was going well until the food arrived. One of the individuals in our party ordered a side of vegetables that did not come until she was almost finished her meal. Two individuals in our party experienced cold vegetables that needed to be reheated. One individual experienced a flat beverage. Now, with all of that said, one may think our experience was bad. But, given the circumstances and the volume of people, I would still say they did a pretty good job. One of the managers even came by to apologize for the mixup on the vegetables. Outside of the issues just mentioned, everything else went well. As soon as we finished our entrées, we ordered cheesecake to go. There was no way we were leaving half-priced cheesecake on the table. We let our waitress know that we were on a time crunch, and we were walking out of the door, cheesecake in hand, within a reasonable amount of time. If you are looking for the restaurant that gives you a book and probably over 100 options, then this is the place. This is a pretty well known chain restaurant with locations all around the US, but to be honest, my wife and I actually enjoy it. There are just so many options that truthfully you cannot go wrong here. There has to be something for everyone. This particular location is in the heart of tourist area of Lake Buena Vista so it can get extremely busy. I do not know if they take call ahead. We prefer to sit at the bar or bar area and we always go early. They also offer happy hour so going early really just suits us. Sitting at the bar, the bartender will put a napkin down as a placemat and they always check on you and take care of you. I always find drinks taste better when sitting at the bar. Their menu has so many options and after a quick search, they have over 250 items to choose from. Their options are laid out nicely and organized with options such as starters, small plates, salads, sandwiches, pasta, seafood, steaks and even brunch options on the weekends. And then they also offer over 30 different cheesecakes and dessert options. Their happy hour is pretty good. I am not sure if it is only offered in the bar, you would need to ask. There are some tables in the bar area that I did see people ordering off the happy hour menu. There are about 5 different cocktails at a discounted price and beer and wine at a discount. They also offer about 20+ small plates or appetizers. I order the Long Island for $8.95 and this was a fantastic price! It was strong as well. My wife chose the mojito for $8.95 and also mentioned it was great and strong. So very worth your price. For food we only ordered one item, we both wanted entrees but we will be coming back to order a bunch of happy hour food as our meal. We chose the avocado egg rolls which came with 6 pieces (3 egg rolls), stuffed with avocado. They are absolutely delicious. For entrees we both usually chose the same thing, since we know what we like. Over 250 items, we could never try it all! I chose the seasoned salmon which came with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. The salmon was a really large piece of salmon and was cooked perfectly. My wife chose her favorite the garlic shrimp scamp which has 6 jumbo shrimp served with angel hair pasta with a lemon garlic butter sauce. Once we ordered it took almost 30 minutes for food and when our food came out it was wrong. We specifically asked for no lettuce because of the current parasite in lettuce, the fries were cold and the avocado on the sandwich was hard as a rock, obviously not ripe. Tonight I have found a selection that will fill that hunger and help with a quick selection. My wife and i first started with the buffalo blast. This consisted of a crunchy buffalo chicken patty. The plate came with 6 of these along with a side of blue cheese and buffalo hot sauce. If you are a fan of this mixture let me tell you, you won't be able to stop eating these before your entree comes. Secondly my wife and I split our main course which was the chicken Bellagio. This came with crispy breaded chicken breast with prosciutto over basil pasta and Parmesan cream sauce along with arugula salad. This entree will make you want to eat the whole thing even though you can really split it with someone else like we did. Out server Francis that we had in the bar area was excellent. So my wife and I are on vacation and we try to hit up the Cheesecake Factory at least once per year and this wasn't any different. Unfortunately we didn't know there was graduation going on because the place was packed and we ended up waiting a Lil bit under 30 minutes but nothing crazy. We were seated and promptly served. We have never been disappointed when we eat at the Cheesecake Factory. I had one of the worst experiences at this specific Cheesecake Factory location. Yesterday around 9 PM, I called to place a to-go order because the online ordering system was not working. Three different employees answered and transferred me from one person to another, but nobody actually helped me place the order. I finally decided to drive to the restaurant myself -- and unbelievably, the phone call was STILL on hold when I arrived. At that point I asked myself: what was the point of calling ahead to save time and avoid waiting at the restaurant? I then stood in line for another 25 minutes while my phone was STILL on hold the entire time. There were four employees working in that area, yet nobody bothered answering the phone. Even when it was finally my turn and I showed the employee that my call was still active and unanswered, nobody cared or tried to fix the situation. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I ordered food for 7 people, and by the time we finally received the order it was already 10:30 PM. After checking the bags, I noticed they completely forgot the bread and butter. When I asked the employee about it, she casually responded, "Oh, the kitchen is already closed." At that moment I was beyond frustrated. If someone had simply answered the phone an hour and a half earlier, none of this would have happened. I had to insist they prepare fresh bread because this entire situation was caused by the staff ignoring customers and failing to do the most basic part of their job. She is highly allergic so we returned it but waiting was an inconvenience for my birthday girl. They forgot the ajou for my husband's burger . Causing him t wait for the never return server to order. Then a skimpy portion led him to order another . Our other meals were fantastic , appetizers were phenomenal. The drinks were great, too much ice in the sangria. The Vanilla Bean cheesecake was delicious.the ambience is just beautiful the entire restaurant is just beautiful. They did comp my daughter's meal that was ruined . Recently visited this location and it was a good experience. Restaurants like these are good options for gatherings since their menu is quite extensive. They literally have something for all preferences. Prepare to wait a while to be seated, I've never been to one of these where there was no wait time! You can always rely on the Cheesecake Factory to be consistent with their food and service. This location is near Universal so it was busy. When we received the text that our table was ready, we checked in. After waiting for a while we were told there was a mixup and our table would be ready shortly. We finally got seated in their covered outdoor area which I loved. Food was good and service was great. Most got cheesecake to go and of course everyone enjoyed their flavor choices. read more

I absolutely love the menu at The Cheesecake factory with its variety of options..The service is always spectacular and I love the bread and food. I purchased the large portion of the Thai lettuce wraps but i do not recommend the "large" portion as it was $30 for about half a chicken breast and lots of lettuce, cabbage and sauces..go for the smaller portion because i'm pretty sure you get the same amount of chicken for jess than half the price! It was delicious and I always love the ambiance here...it's very close to the tourist area but always a vibe! Definitely stop here and enjoy drinks, appetizers , a meal or desserts!! read more

We door dashed CCF... we got our usual .. spaghetti and meatballs... which was great as usual. I got a pasta w chicken, bacon, peas and a garlic parm sauce. It was okay... I'm still digging trying to find any chicken in it but the flavor was great. We are here for a cheer comp and two of my friends door dashed CCF last night.. that's 3 to go orders in less tha 24 hours and in all 3 orders, none of us were give one untensil. read more

I hadn't been to the Cheesecake Factory in so long and my husband and I were craving their fresh pumpernickel bread. We had such a great experience. This location actually takes reservations and despite it being so busy we had great service! The food was amazing too. There are so many options on their menu to choose from so take your time going through it. It was so hard to decide on what to order but we went for the fried Korean bbq chicken. It came with white rice, cucumbers, avocado, mushrooms, and kimchi. It was perfectly crispy and sweet. To keep the Asian cuisine going, we also had the chicken pot stickers for appetizer and they were delicious too! So it's been a good number of years since I've been to a Cheesecake Factory and now I remember why. So before we even got seated the trouble started as the people at the counter misunderstood that our party was for 5 people as they put it in for just 2 so when we were told our table was ready they said they had only put it for two and that we would have to wait additional time for another table to be ready on top of what we had already waited so about 30-40 min later we got seated. Once seated we met our server who was very bothered about something as her energy was just off to the point of where it felt as if we were asking too much just to get a drink refill and to order right away like we were inconveniencing her by just being here which definitely made for another sour vibe right from the start. So once we ordered I got the crispy pineapple chicken with shrimp and I will say it was good but the temperature was lukewarm like it has been sitting for a while definitely added to the disappointment of the night as who doesn't like very hot food on a cold Florida day yes I said cold and Florida in the same sentence as we don't get many of those here. Overall my food was ok not something I would come back for as the experience wasn't the Cheesecake Factory I remember from when I was little so who knows if I'll ever come back to one again as just too many signs of a not very enjoyable experience. read more
