This little market is located inside of the Hilton Hotel. I tend to pop in here a few times during an annual conference that I attend and I find it to be a-ok suitable for my short time at the Hilton. They have a decent variety of items to choose from including fancy coffee, ice cream, liquor and other beverages, bakery, snacks and chips, a sandwich shop and touristy items. Last year I recall ordering a double bacon cheeseburger burger from the sandwich area and a coffee. This year, I only stopped in for coffee on 2 different days. On the last visit I ended up with 4 expresso shots and heavy cream. In all experiences, those working were polite, helpful and cordial regardless of how busy or how slow it was in the store. The prices are about comparable to what you'd expect at a hotel convenience store. Yes, it is expensive. Overall, it's a quick and easy place to pick up something if you don't have a car or the time or desire to walk to the nearby gas station, restaurant or popular fast food burger establishment.

    Shoutout to Miguel!

Shoutout to Miguel! Huge shoutout to Miguel--he was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, patient, and incredibly accommodating. Our flight got cancelled and he went out of his way to help us get our voucher punched without any hassle. He made a stressful situation so much easier, and we're truly grateful. If you need someone who goes above and beyond, Miguel is the one. Highly recommended!

    Lemon sorbet

Could not decide on what to eat at this time of the evening so; one of the staff suggested the lemon sorbet. Wow! Light, tart and not too sweet! The menu is varied so, there is something for everyone here. Getting in and out is easy and there are pay kiosks throughout the place. It is not too loud and you can browse this setup before making up your mind. It is clean with wide windows and there are places to sit. A very nice setup in a very nice hotel venue. Oh, did I mention that they are open late? Oh yes!

    $12 chicken tenders

The Scratch Market is located inside the Hilton. The only pro is that it's open 24 hours and they have a variety of items and it's quick. The stuff you order at the counter to be "made" is foul. We ordered chicken tenders for $12 and it was three, small and dry chicken pieces. It was nasty I couldn't eat it. The sauce they gave you is the same sauce that is served in Florida school lunches. The pizza we ordered was also $16 and small and didn't taste good. I felt sickly after. Overall, a waste of $32+ dollars. It's better to drive elsewhere for a meal if staying here.

The Works Pizza - 12" inches, 8 slices

For an in hotel 24/7 mini-market, Scratch Market has a little bit of everything for everyone. I was impressed at the selection in Scratch Market at the Hilton Orlando. It's their open 24 hours store that has Lavazza coffee, soda, beer, wine, fruit juices, candy, chips, cookies, sandwich packs, cheesecake slices, allergy pills and best of all... You can get a fresh made pizza all hours of the day or night! The staff is really friendly, I chatted with a few of them during my multiple visits. The only negative is that 75% of the items on the shelves do not have prices on the items. I had to do a price check on almost everything. And some of the prices might scare you. $3.75 for a small soda bottle, but only $3.50 for juice smoothie bottle and $5.00 for a large water. Coffee prices aren't that bad, only about $.75-$1.00 over what you'd pay for the same type of drink at a normal coffehouse. A 10 piece bag of Anastasia Key Lime Coconut Minis was $10.00. What I highly recommend is the pizza. It comes in three sizes: 9", 12" and 15"?. I ordered a 12" Works pizza for $19.95 which comes with three meats, olive tapenade, san marzano tomato sauce, green peppers and red onions. Ironically, I recommend every pizza other than the Works. The only reason to avoid the Works is because the olive tapenade mixed with the already savory tomato sauce made the pizza way too salty. This is coming from someone who loves olives. All of the other pizzas (Cheese, Margherita, Pepperoni) do not have the olive tapenade, go with one of those. The pizzas cook up in 3 minutes and are dang good, hotel pizza or not hotel pizza. They are perfect for late night snacking or a more edgy lunch alternative to the sandwiches they serve at the sit down Bistro restaurant.

Ate some of it from hunger but soooo disgusting

They are definitely at their best when they're fresh and straight out of the fryer, warm, light, fluffy, and coated with just the right amount of sweetness. It's the kind of dessert that's hard to stop eating once you start. The café itself is small and has a cozy atmosphere, making it a nice spot to grab a quick treat or coffee. Just keep in mind that seating is limited, so it may not be the best place if you're looking to hang out for an extended period. The only area that could use some improvement is the customer service. The staff wasn't unfriendly, but they also weren't particularly warm or welcoming. A little more enthusiasm and friendliness would make the experience match how great the desserts are. Overall, the quality of the beignets easily earns this place five stars. I'll definitely be back, and my biggest recommendation is to enjoy them while they're fresh, they're absolutely worth it.

This bakery is a work of art that you have to taste for yourself…read more I'm mad at myself for not having gone to Picasso Moments earlier. Their baked goods are so good and unique. I've literally never seen an asian bakery offer some of the items they have. Beyond that, they also have a full service menu of dim sum items and soups. The service is so insanely good that I felt influenced to buy more. They literally got me. They're located at 8231 S John Young Pkwy on the far end of Orlando. They've been featured on a couple of food bloggers pages and social media. So I got a lot of things. I mean it's a bakery. I am never ever going to walk out with just one item. If you see that happening, it's not me. My favorite item that I got was their snow bread. They have rotating seasonal flavors. I was able to try their pistachio one, but the classic truly is their best seller for a reason. Their snow bread is a well baked piece of bread that is filled with a cream cheese mixture and then covered in powdered sugar. It doesn't sound that complicated and I'm not sure if they've unlocked some secret recipe or ratio, but it's literally so freaking good. Snow bread is a 10/10 for me. Beyond that, I also tried their walnut toffee mochi cookie. This was good, but I wish there was more toffee in it. This was a 8/10 for me. I also go their banana bread, which is shaped like a banana and filled with a banana custard. This was a 8/10 for me. The last item I want to write about is their bread pudding. This item is behind the counter and refrigerated. It was good, but I think I wish it was served with a toffee or salted caramel instead of chocolate syrup. This was a 8/10 for me. I think I spent about $30 total and it was worth it. I would go back and willingly spend that much over and over again. I think more people need to go and try them. It's a bit of a drive but worth it. The space inside is very cute and gives me the feeling of Kiki's Delivery Service. 10/10 overall rating and I will be back.

Mocha snowing cream cheese, purple yam cream cheese bread & another. Everything we brought home was delicious! Unique flavors. Something completely different than the many Latin bakeries or Publix. We would highly recommend PMB for a different bakery experience. 5 stars!
