There were clothes all over the floor, not just in some areas but all through the store. There is no way that I'm going to buy clothes for my daughter that she has to pick up off of the floor to look at and try on. I can't imagine this is how Old Navy wants the present itself to customers. I refused to buy anything on our shopping trip and I won't be going back.

The employees are very hot and cold. Some are true sweethearts and others seems like they are mad at the world. So customer service really depends on who you get. They do now offer military and EMS discount everyday except for when they are having a sale. (It's 30 percent off any item.) They also now have smart tablets so you can check in each time you are there to get a percent taken after I believe the 10th time. So they are coming up with assentive to get people coming in! The layout of the store is pretty decent for it being a goodwill as well. Some goodwills as we all know can be a bunch of cluster in each row but they seem to take more pride in keeping the shelves decent. All in all this is a great place to shop, so you can get name brands for half the price!!

Came in today to get shoes that would stabilize my foot but provide comfort as well, my feet are…read morehorribly flat and my ankles turn in and I desperately needed shoes for my Spain trip. I didn't know what kind of shoe I wanted, but I knew what I needed them for . I was immediately greeted when coming in the store and "Molly" is the young lady that waited on me . She patiently listened to my needs and bought out three options. I knew I wanted New Balance but that's it , lol she bought out New Balance, Hoka and Brooks and she was so patient with me . She encouraged me to walk around the store in all three pair and she never rushed me , she attentively listened. Molly is extremely professional , pleasant and has a beautiful attitude. The new balance stabilizing shoes , were $150.00 . Of which were very affordable . The store is stocked well with a variety of shoes, along with being well kept , and there is metered street parking of which meters are free on weekends .
