He was extremely knowledgeable about the different brands and their features. I chose a GE 4.3 cf commercial washer and it was delivered yesterday on schedule. The delivery men were patient when I had to turn the water off to the house as the shut off valves were corroded and set the washer up very timely. I would definitely choose Big Sandy again for my household purchases!

Instead of replacing the damaged items or taking responsibility for delivering furniture in unacceptable condition, customer service tried to send us through the warranty process just to have them cleaned. Why should a customer who paid for brand-new furniture have to go through a warranty claim to fix a problem that existed upon delivery? To make matters worse, getting help was incredibly frustrating. Reaching anyone is nearly impossible. Expect long hold times, endless transfers, and voicemails that seem to go nowhere. Customer service was difficult to reach and offered little resolution once we finally got someone on the phone. For a major furniture purchase, I expected much better quality control and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing from start to finish. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere if you value responsive customer service and receiving furniture in the condition you paid for.

I never received an acknowledgement from the female employee as I stood there for 7 min neither the other employee who after finishing his conversation on the phone got up and walked out the back without a "Hello or can I help You...or I'm on a break...or she'll be with you in a moment!?" I walked out thinking this is the last location I'll visit that lost a $700 sale!! These two may have been "busy" ...however ignoring me the only other customer without a greeting is UNEXCUSABLE!!
