Rainbows has a wide variety of women clothing & all very fashionable & affordable. When I came here they had a sale going on & had most sale items outside. Surprisingly the clothes outside were very organized & neatly set out, & once someone messed it up a clerk came outside to fix it. Inside of the store was also organized & neat. If you read any of my reviews, I LOVE clean, neat & organized! They have a small shoe section, accessory section, underwear section & perfume section which I didn't browse. Customer service was ok, but took FOREVER! I stood in line behind 3 people & it took about 20 LONGGG minutes to get to me. Other than that, this place deserves 4 stars.

I pointed out to her a defective item (comparing it to one that is correct) so that they may mark it down or take it off of the shelf and she snaps at me saying they're the same.
