I like old navy but I do wish they would extend the return time from 30 days. If you don't live within an hour from a store and work full time, it makes it hard to just drop by and return items in that period. 60 or 90 days for unworn items would be a good option. Otherwise the selection is good, it's just not always easy to try things on with the long lines for the dressing rooms. read more

I think Old Navy has cute clothes but the cashier in this store was rude & disrespectful to me at check out. She asked me to enter my name & info for the rewards program & said "I would prefer not, thank you though". She then said a word under breathe (and mask) that I could not hear clearly. My mind can only imagine what she said. She finished the transaction without saying a word, gave me my receipt, I said "Thank you", she said nothing, I said "Have a good day" & she said nothing. She would no longer acknowledge me. All because I wouldn't sign up for the rewards program? Really? Not too confident I will return to this store if that is the atmosphere. read more

Average Old Navy. Nothing particularly special about this one. Manager Has an attitude problem. Went there looking for a specific item and was told that that item must have sold out. Didn't believe it though since I had been calling all week and was told that they didn't have the item yet. How could it have sold out if they didn't even have it in the first place? read more

Old Navy has went up a lot. They do have good specials when they do have them. I use to love to shop Old Navy, but not so much any more. This store does not have a lot of products and is not the place for back-to-school shopping. The customer service is terrible, the managers just stand around talking to each other. I was also asked by every worker about the credit card which is very annoying. when i just wanted to shop. read more

The store is well organized and generally nice selection, however customer service is subpar. I was not greeted and I was "discreetly" followed throughout the store. I honestly love old navy clothing and deals. But it just seems like they are always so unorganized. I only been to this one twice and both times everything was out of place, clothes on the floor, I can't never find the size I need and the registers lines were long.!! On a week day.!! I feel like they should hire more people at least to be on the floor helping customers and cleaning stuff around.
