I found some items here to catch my eye, mainly the men's button-downed shirts, with a variety and style that I haven't seen before. I don't stop at Burlington on a frequent basis, which probably explains there are new products. Spending a lot time of viewing each department, I found by surprised to see the public restroom closed and also the fitting rooms closed. It's definitely temporary, but why could that be?! The owner, Deb, knows nearly all of her customers by name and makes me feel so welcomed every time I walk in the door. Deb offers a great selection of second hand clothes for women from juniors to plus size. The clothes and shoes are used, but you would never know as she only stocks the best. There is such a variety of clothing, you WILL find what you are looking for (and several things you didn't know you wanted). The selection changes constantly, but is never overwhelming. I headed straight to the clearance racks initially which are usually a total mess. Not only are they super clean and organized at the store, but they had sizes up to 5x and they were all in the correct spots. When was the last time it took you less than 5 minutes to go through the entire clearance rack? I couldn't believe it. I tried on half a dozen items and left with an outfit for under $20 in less than 45 minutes. I don't know about anyone else got ta but that is my ideal shopping experience! Oh! I visited the store yesterday to return a pair of shoes that had a production defect. Prior to…read morevisiting the store I called and spoke to Jennifer. She advised me that I would have to bring the shoes into the store before a decision to replace the shoes could be made. My husband and I went to the store and Jennifer was the most professional person I've dealt with in a long time. She agreed there was a manufacturing problem with the shoe and replaced them. It was a very smooth transaction. My husband then looked at other shoes and we purchased a very nice pair. At the register Jennifer noticed my husband was a veteran and we received a veteran discount. We did not know of that perk for being a patron of the store, but we were happy to receive that discount. We buy our shoes there often and have always been satisfied with the products. It was a delight to deal with Jennifer. Thank you!
