If you have an issue, they will often bend over backwards to make it right, generally without you needing to ask. This is how all small businesses should run. Loyalty rewards are fair and carry a wide selection of vaping supplies and liquids, both premium and store brand. The only thing negative I can say about this store is that from time to time they are out of stock of coils. It happens more than I would like but they always seem to restock fairly quickly (within a week or less). There is a vape store right next to my house and a few other I pass on my daily commute. I always go out of my way to go back to this store where I'm treated as more than just another customer. (This business offers incentives to posting reviews, either good or bad. He took me to an aisle where an assortment of power cords were ranging in various sizes., lengths, and outlet choices. We quickly located a #10 size cord however they only had it in 50 feet lengths which was not what I was looking for. We found exactly what I was wanting in #12 gauge. It was 2 feet long and had 3 outlets. He also suggested I might consider making my own extension cord if I absolutely needed #10 gauge and didn't want 50 feet. He showed me their #10 gauge that was available, but I decided to pass on this option. In the end, I purchased the 2 foot length of #12 gauge. It has the 3 outlets and is rated at 15 amps. It should be sufficient for my needs, and at just under $13, I thought it was reasonably priced. This place has everything a homeowner needs ...and then some. Great service and competitive prices, I'm going with 5 stars!
