We weren't there that early, but there was a little bit of line when we got there. The line did move along pretty well and we were greeted at the kiosk by a friendly voice. When I got to the window, I got my order and paid and was on my way. The coffee was hot. It was not bitter, and the staff was friendly. The burrito I ordered was filled with potatoes, egg, and hatch chiles. The salsa was spicy. 2Ten provides you good service, good coffee, in and out.

Not only do they usually have the best priced gas on the westside, they have a rewards program that you can sign up for. With this rewards program, you can save up points to put towards gas. Currently the gf is racking up points to go towards a $200 gas card. Now the reason I am giving it a 3 stars is because of how bad the restroom is. I know gas stations aren't known for having the cleanest restrooms (unless you are Buc-ees) but these bathrooms were atrocious. They were so bad, I stepped in and stepped right out. Like I felt dirty walking in and out for the half a second I was in there. The floor was sticky, dirty and wet. The walls were gross. The stalls were gross and let's not get started on the toilets. I really had to go but was not taking any chance and waited till I got home. I hate leaving Speedway a bad review but that bathroom was NASTY. Stopped before leaving town as convenient to direction I was headed, for gas and decided to get my…read morecar washed. Ran through the car wash and pulled into a parking spot on the side of the building to dry the car off and noticed my gas door was missing. Found it laying inside the car wash on the drain right in the middle of the wash. Had been broken off. Spoke with an area MGR and employee who came out to speak with me. Gave them my info which was written on a paper receipt not a proper incident report. Should have been my first clue this was not going to be favorable for me. Finally 10-days later rec'd an email asking for more detail, my phulysical description, my vehicle description and photos plus a blow by blow of the incident. With pictures and a copy of the receipt. No response - Just received a letter 15-days later, asking to call for further information or our claim would be closed. Called and left a message, called back and finally spoke to a CSR Specialist asking for all the same info again. But first had to have their disclosure read to me on any potential settlement. Sat while the agent attempting to load my claim which took over 10-minutes then had to be patient as the call keep muting on their end. This second communication was as if I had never sent an email response and the response was they needed this verbally in my own words so the investigation could proceed. I am so frustrated at the lack of professionalism, not one attempt at empathy for the damage to my vehicle or the inconvenience this has caused me. And to add, my car was left dirtier-spotted and streaked more than when it went thru the wash. DO NOT use this car wash, avoid at all costs. Not worth your time! I would even add-just don't go to Speedway to many other options since their business model is less than-relative to Customer service
