I came in here to pick up an item I purchased online. They didn't have the order processed from the night before. The cashier figured out I must have checked off "send to store" instead or "pick up in store". Why the system doesn't correct it internally since they already have the item in stock? She brought out the item and she honored the online price. She explained if I don't pick up the online item it will be automatically be sent back and charge reversed. With that I was on my way. She was very friendly and professional. Not sure might have been the manager or lead. Store was clean and they were in the process of restocking. read more

I had ordered a few items online and had called the store to check on my items if they were ready for pickup because i never received an notification that they were ready- the lady i spoke to asked me when i ordered and told her that i ordered the day before and automatically assumed my order was not ready.... so i had asked if they could check if they had n e thing in the store that was all white shirt and they put me on hold to check and told me they did not. Ok? So im calling other places to find a white shirt cuz i needed it urgently. I finally find the email that stated it was in fact ready ......... way before i called to check if ready. So i go to the store to pick up and the lady brings me the wrong item as she is ringing me up telling me i have the wrong card- well of course its wrong u have the wrong items..... she finally brings me my correct items and i pay and leave. ALL THIS FOR MY ITEMS THAT I BOUGHT ONLINE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY FOR PICK UP Update: 9/17/19: came to return item, and ive been shopping here numerous times before. I didnt have my receipt but had the card i used to purchases items with, but cashier told me that even with a card its not guaranteed that i would be able to return ( with an attitude). Why not? The store is a total mess. One woman that was in there with me said that she was there the day before and it was like this and she left. She came back the next day and it looked exactly the same. It's very hard to find things in such a mess. I have worked retail before and you're not supposed to leave a store like that. It's is also very hard to navigate a stroller through the store. I found a few things and couldn't wait to get out of there. It is a shame because they do have cute things. I might have to try a different location next time or just stick with Carter's. read more

The store is small but organize! The only thing is that the guy that was cleaning was using a lot of liquid to clean, that was a really strong smell gave me a headache. But other than that customer service was excellent and check out was fast! read more

The manager Angela and the young girl working there are really rude and so quick to say I can't help you leave I can see why the reviews are so bad for this childrens place the customer service here is horrible to be frank besides the fact that there's a mess I called ahead of time on a Friday night for a snow set I had just received and I wanted to see if I could simply exchange it for a smaller size I asked many questions just to make sure I didn't waste my time going out there and yet I get there and still the girl proceeded to tell me that the tiniest tag wasn't on I couldn't do the exchange of course I'm frustrated that I had just spoke to her and she didn't mention anything about the tags having to be on I had the original receipt and we live in la so it was impossible for me to have been able to use it in one hour so I asked for the manager and that was worst she tells me quickly no we can't do anything and if you don't understand that than you need to leave never have I had someone be so dismissive about something that could have been fixed easily they sell childrens clothing it was a double jacket and overalls a toddler can easily tear a tag on accident so for them to be so inconsiderate is not right I called ahead of time because I wanted information on how to process a exchange the tags needing to be on is something that they should have expressed while I was on the phone telling them I would rush there to get it done I feel bad honesty because my daughter was so excited for the set but now after this I'm thinking I should just return everything and get my full refund and keep the one I have from Carters because the way they treated me as if I was the problem is not ok I was frustrated of course who wants to waste their Friday night driving to the mall in traffic only for the girl who u just spoke to tell u I can't help you at all read more
