This store is a one-of-a-kind hidden gem. They sell clothes for boys and girls from toddlers to youth. They have an excellent inventory and selection of clothes such as shirts, pants, jeans, jacket, dresses, shorts, capris, pajamas, socks, and more. All of the clothing items are folded and neatly organized by theme and size which makes it very easy to find. The clothes are high quality. They have a changing room where kids can try on their clothes. I would highly recommend this place! read more

Got such wonderful service from Karen today.Thank you guys so much for such great service

I came here recently to pick up an order that I'd placed for my lil one. I was a bit bummed to find that the sales person who was assisting me was as green as she was. She didn't seem to know all the different protocol for online order in store pick up returns. She wasn't familiar with doing some exchanges as well. She was sweet but she wasn't working too efficiently. I felt bad for the long line of people who were behind me. On top of that, she asked me to sign up for the credit card. I'm a sucker. Ugh. I did. Then because of the credit card approval she had to apply an extra discount. That took longer. She had to call her manager out from her lunch break to help her. There was more problem for some reason or another with the system. The line of people was tremendously long. The manager had to stay and help. I felt for the manager and all the other people that were waiting after me. The one thing that also wasn't too great was that because of the long line and things, the manager didn't have the opportunity to teach the associate how to handle that type of situation. She just had to do it for her so that she could get the line down. I did appreciate the help of the associates but I think things were just too much for the one who initially helped me. I had asked her different questions about the store's stock and about certain items. She simply replied, "Oh, I don't know." She didn't do anything to find out or to ask or any of that. She simply seemed satisfied with telling me she just did not know. Hmm, that wasn't good. I had ordered a number of things for my daughter that we were picking up. I didn't want to run the risk of having to come back within a certain number of days to make a return so I had my daughter try on much of what we'd ordered while we were there. There was one fitting room and apparently there hadn't been anyone who had tended to it for a while. Or at least that's what it looked like. There were some shirts and pants in the fitting room, strewn across the floor and changing bench. My lil one put them aside and tried her best to rehang the shirt. I told her it was disappointing to have to put the go-backs away before she could comfortably try on clothes. The store had a lot of items that we were looking for and lots more that we'd hoped to find but didn't. They don't' have a wide variety of jackets. they have their puffers right now because of the promotion that is going on. they didn't have many of the heavier outer coats. I feel like all the kids that were shopped for recently all wear the same size as my lil one. Too funny. I think it feels that way a lot of times though, to be honest. After seeing the ordeal that it caused to return and exchange things at this store, I might have to do most of my shopping on line, at least now that I know what sizes in things work best for my little monster. Dear store, I hope you can get it together. You need more staff on duty closer to closing time. You need the managers to have other experienced staff on hand so that those teachable moments can be maximized and you can train staff more effectively in actual situations and not simulated or hypothetical ones that they may or may not see. Also, the store needs an update or something. It feels so cramped in here. Piles of clothes are sloppy and just thrown onto tables, not sized at all. Items are still in fitting rooms even after customers have been gone for quite some time. You've got the whole credit card ask down but that isn't going to create so many of the repeat customers that you're hoping for. there is much work to be done. 2 stars for the ease of picking up my order and another star for the sales associate's mediocre effort but also for sticking it out til the end, because it took quite some doing to 1) make a return, 2) ring up a purchase w coupons and 3) process the credit card application. I don't think that I will be returning to this specific store anytime real soon but at the same time, we'll see. It'll all depend on the promo that goes along with picking up an order from the store vs having it shipped to my residence. read more

Wonderful, kind staff! I had a great experience shopping today. I made a quick purchase and took a few returns from an online order. My kids had fun picking out a few outfits, shirts and accessories. I truly enjoyed my in person shopping and so did my kids! read more

Claudia, has amazing customer service skills. Even offered me a credit card . Offered me promotions great accessories

I enjoy this store due to the easy parking always available and my online order is always ready for pick. I'm not much of a store shopper everything is online pick due to the extra discounts and coupons. Ashely was friendly and my transaction was fast and easy as they always have been. read more

Ashley had the best customer service. she was so helpful. She helped me find my shirt in a few sizes and was so kind. read more

Amazing customer service by christine! She helped me find a size and color of pants i needed.

I love shopping at this store due to how clean and organized everything is. Let's not forget to mention that it's also fresh in the store. I've been here multiple times to pick up my orders and also buy more things. Denise has helped me out multiple times. Denise is always friendly and helpful to answer any questions I ask or if I'm looking for a specific size she's very patient and willing to help. read more

Bad customer service. I was not greeted at the door yet another person came in and was greeted right away. When asked an employee of where exactly did they have toddler dresses she pointed toward the back and said "there". I asked is that all you have? "Yes", she then continued folding clothes. I would have preferred a "yes unfortunately that's all we have at the moment" or "let me show you other options". I remembered exactly why I stopped shopping at these type of stores! read more

I love how they have everything nice and stocked no mess it's clean and Ashley at the cashier was nice and attentive to my questions

Worst customer service manager super rude and sarcastic attitude towards customers and employees were really rude too some customers were asking for prices and they never answered them because they were never in line that shouldn't be a reason to not help they should value there customers but they weren't helpful at all is obvious they can't work under pressure and can't really multitask they had the worst attitude and feedback they should work on themselves for sure sad how they hire these people without really knowing how they are at work disappointing and best believe I'm never stepping foot in there ever again! It's always a mess there nothing is ever stow they seem to work at their own pace but always mad like why work here if y'all don't like your job not welcoming at all .... All for a pick up order that I had to pick up here for my daughter's Christmas carols for school but never again. They deserve no stars!!! read more

rude , rude , rude. customer service needs major work. also when your ready to pay, they harass you in trying to get a credit card, even after telling them no multiple times... lets not even start with the lines, the employees are to busy talking.. please do better. read more

It seems as if the system is always down. The manager asked about 6 times if I wanted to apply for a credit card. After responding no thank you every time she asked once more. I had a 20% off discount code but my barcode didn't show. Only the numbers I had to ask her 3 times if she can manually put it in and then said it didn't work. Not helpful at all even after I waited in line because their system was down. And once more she said I can get 30% off if I apply for a credit card. Probably just to meet her quota! So rude and annoying. read more

If there was a no stars rate I would do it , this store has the worst customer service in the retail industry I swear, I felt not welcome there at all, yesterday I went to return some items and had no issue with that but when it was time to pay omg the cashier seem to be new or wasn't train right on how to use the POS system for using coupons. She made the mistake and I end up lying the consequences, and on top I lost my rewards and wasn't a thank you coming out from her mouth after I was leaving. No hi welcome and no thank you at the end. Also this store is so un organized they need more people to keep it clean and organized. But the service and attitude the two ladies had was the main reason it made me write this and rate this store is not the first time I go there but I like to give second chances and oh no horrible. I'll rather drive farther and go to a store I feel welcome to. read more

Most unorganized and messy retail store I have ever stepped in. This place is ran by young women who aren't really friendly or welcoming when you walk in because they're soooo cool. read more

I feel customer service is terrible. When you go to purchase something for your child you want to go somewhere that the manager and staff make it a nice shopping experience. In this case this store lacks customer service. The manager told me she had been off awhile and did not know how to operate the register. Staff needs to be trained. Customer service needs to be addressed in this store. read more

Maria was very polite and very helpful. I had gone to the children's place in Montebello and the girls didn't want to check or call to see if the item was available at another store. read more

Customer service here is trash. Wait time was very long. Staff is blah and unhelpful. Corporate should really get involved

every time I come here there is a line but there are 5 employees on the floor and 1 or 2 of them are behind the cash register they have a mobile device to to work as a register 3 cash registers and it is just a pain going in there so today I went in to exchange some clothing and there were 3 girls folding clothing in the same spot while one girl was on the phone behind the register and 2 customers were waiting I was like really so I said, "excuse me, can someone help me?" 1 of the girls said she would walked over never smiled, never asked how I was doing, didn't ask if i needed anything else, didn't look at me, and had the worst look on her face. and I thought children's place? OK! so annoyed by their service every single time. read more

The WORST place all the time!!! It's super unorganized. They never have anything available. No cashiers. The lines are always super long and it's just always a messy store. read more

This place only gets one star because you have to give them at least one star great inventory great prices but the staff is very incompetent no one could figure out how to do a price check they had a line about 6 people deep and the two registers decided to both go on break I waited about 17 minutes couldn't take it anymore and left and it wasn't due to lack of Staff they were fully staffed just nobody knew how to do anything read more

My local children place , I honestly wish corporate would walk in on this store on day , they're ridiculous messy, unorganized and the employees are more worry about taking there break than just hurrying up and kill the line of 20plus customers, and I know it sounds like I'm exaggerating but I promise I'm not , as I'm in line right now I observed this young lady coming in to work and as soon as she get to the register this ugly attitude dark pregnant lady gets of registered an practically run to the back , and I asked told her "Are u seriously just going to get of registered knowing the line is this long " and her response was "Im going to lunch " am wow but not for your service but the attitude this employees of yours have ! It's ridiculous! Who is managing this store ! Who is the area manager ? read more

Very helpful. Only went in to buy three pairs of pants and the senora at the register checked to see if I was approved for credit. Turns out I was and she told me to add more because I'd save an extra 30 percent. Walked out with a whole wardrobe for my daughter. She was great and people who are complaining about waiting time was long is incorrect. I was in and out quick. I wish I would've gotten her name. read more

This is one of the worst run businesses out there. Every time I come here to buy my kids clothes I wait in a line with maybe 3 customers at max for at least 20-25 minutes. There is absolute no communication among staff members to improve efficiency. My question is where is the manager or owner of the store? This will be my last time coming to this Children's Place. Please save yourself and avoid this location at all costs!!!!!!! read more

This store is small and was a total mess at 10:15 in the morning. Staff was rude and when I asked for help the lady was acting like I was bothering her. Clothes were thrown everywhere and so unorganized, you would have have thought it was the day after Black Friday the way it looked. I'll pass on this store and drive to another location. read more

So i was suprised that my local children's place isn't as expensive as I expected; however, I was disappointed with the small variety of clothing for younger girls. i was searching for goodies for a recent baptism and didn't exactly find what i was looking for. read more

This store always has good deals . Got a few outfits for the kids . Three outfits to be exact, all for $35 bucks . My only complaint is the store is so small I can barely shop and get through the aisle with my stroller . I'm pretty sure if I could get through the aisle I would have spent more money . I just wanted out quick . Feeling claustrophobic. Three people in line and no one at the register. Had to wave down an associate to pay . read more

I always get a bargain shopping here. There are plenty of parking. They usually have clothes in stalk especially for my son who is currently wearing 2T clothing size. The employees are always helpful and nice. read more

I've ordered 4 times at this location for pick up. Every time they never have my clothes ready & I wait about 2 days so I never have this problem. Then they give me my clothes in a rush & ALWAYS give me the wrong size !!! Horrible experience ! Never going back! read more
