This store is a one-of-a-kind hidden gem. They sell clothes for boys and girls from toddlers to youth. They have an excellent inventory and selection of clothes such as shirts, pants, jeans, jacket, dresses, shorts, capris, pajamas, socks, and more. All of the clothing items are folded and neatly organized by theme and size which makes it very easy to find. The clothes are high quality. I came here recently to pick up an order that I'd placed for my lil one. I was a bit bummed to find that the sales person who was assisting me was as green as she was. She didn't seem to know all the different protocol for online order in store pick up returns. She wasn't familiar with doing some exchanges as well. She was sweet but she wasn't working too efficiently. I felt bad for the long line of people who were behind me. On top of that, she asked me to sign up for the credit card. I'm a sucker. Ugh. I did. Then because of the credit card approval she had to apply an extra discount. That took longer. She had to call her manager out from her lunch break to help her. There was more problem for some reason or another with the system. The line of people was tremendously long. The manager had to stay and help. I felt for the manager and all the other people that were waiting after me. The one thing that also wasn't too great was that because of the long line and things, the manager didn't have the opportunity to teach the associate how to handle that type of situation. She just had to do it for her so that she could get the line down. I did appreciate the help of the associates but I think things were just too much for the one who initially helped me. I had asked her different questions about the store's stock and about certain items. She simply replied, "Oh, I don't know." She didn't do anything to find out or to ask or any of that. She simply seemed satisfied with telling me she just did not know. Hmm, that wasn't good. I had ordered a number of things for my daughter that we were picking up. I didn't want to run the risk of having to come back within a certain number of days to make a return so I had my daughter try on much of what we'd ordered while we were there. There was one fitting room and apparently there hadn't been anyone who had tended to it for a while. Or at least that's what it looked like. There were some shirts and pants in the fitting room, strewn across the floor and changing bench. My lil one put them aside and tried her best to rehang the shirt. I told her it was disappointing to have to put the go-backs away before she could comfortably try on clothes. The store had a lot of items that we were looking for and lots more that we'd hoped to find but didn't. They don't' have a wide variety of jackets. they have their puffers right now because of the promotion that is going on. they didn't have many of the heavier outer coats. I feel like all the kids that were shopped for recently all wear the same size as my lil one. Too funny. I think it feels that way a lot of times though, to be honest. After seeing the ordeal that it caused to return and exchange things at this store, I might have to do most of my shopping on line, at least now that I know what sizes in things work best for my little monster. Dear store, I hope you can get it together. You need more staff on duty closer to closing time. You need the managers to have other experienced staff on hand so that those teachable moments can be maximized and you can train staff more effectively in actual situations and not simulated or hypothetical ones that they may or may not see. Also, the store needs an update or something. It feels so cramped in here. Piles of clothes are sloppy and just thrown onto tables, not sized at all. Items are still in fitting rooms even after customers have been gone for quite some time. You've got the whole credit card ask down but that isn't going to create so many of the repeat customers that you're hoping for. there is much work to be done. 2 stars for the ease of picking up my order and another star for the sales associate's mediocre effort but also for sticking it out til the end, because it took quite some doing to 1) make a return, 2) ring up a purchase w coupons and 3) process the credit card application. I don't think that I will be returning to this specific store anytime real soon but at the same time, we'll see. It'll all depend on the promo that goes along with picking up an order from the store vs having it shipped to my residence. read more

Bad customer service. I was not greeted at the door yet another person came in and was greeted right away. When asked an employee of where exactly did they have toddler dresses she pointed toward the back and said "there". I asked is that all you have? "Yes", she then continued folding clothes. I would have preferred a "yes unfortunately that's all we have at the moment" or "let me show you other options". I remembered exactly why I stopped shopping at these type of stores! read more

Worst customer service manager super rude and sarcastic attitude towards customers and employees were really rude too some customers were asking for prices and they never answered them because they were never in line that shouldn't be a reason to not help they should value there customers but they weren't helpful at all is obvious they can't work under pressure and can't really multitask they had the worst attitude and feedback they should work on themselves for sure sad how they hire these people without really knowing how they are at work disappointing and best believe I'm never stepping foot in there ever again! It seems as if the system is always down. The manager asked about 6 times if I wanted to apply for a credit card. After responding no thank you every time she asked once more. I had a 20% off discount code but my barcode didn't show. Only the numbers I had to ask her 3 times if she can manually put it in and then said it didn't work. Not helpful at all even after I waited in line because their system was down. And once more she said I can get 30% off if I apply for a credit card. Probably just to meet her quota! If there was a no stars rate I would do it , this store has the worst customer service in the retail industry I swear, I felt not welcome there at all, yesterday I went to return some items and had no issue with that but when it was time to pay omg the cashier seem to be new or wasn't train right on how to use the POS system for using coupons. She made the mistake and I end up lying the consequences, and on top I lost my rewards and wasn't a thank you coming out from her mouth after I was leaving. No hi welcome and no thank you at the end. Also this store is so un organized they need more people to keep it clean and organized. I feel customer service is terrible. When you go to purchase something for your child you want to go somewhere that the manager and staff make it a nice shopping experience. In this case this store lacks customer service. The manager told me she had been off awhile and did not know how to operate the register. Staff needs to be trained. every time I come here there is a line but there are 5 employees on the floor and 1 or 2 of them are behind the cash register they have a mobile device to to work as a register 3 cash registers and it is just a pain going in there so today I went in to exchange some clothing and there were 3 girls folding clothing in the same spot while one girl was on the phone behind the register and 2 customers were waiting I was like really so I said, "excuse me, can someone help me?" 1 of the girls said she would walked over never smiled, never asked how I was doing, didn't ask if i needed anything else, didn't look at me, and had the worst look on her face. and I thought children's place? Very helpful. Only went in to buy three pairs of pants and the senora at the register checked to see if I was approved for credit. Turns out I was and she told me to add more because I'd save an extra 30 percent. Walked out with a whole wardrobe for my daughter. This is one of the worst run businesses out there. Every time I come here to buy my kids clothes I wait in a line with maybe 3 customers at max for at least 20-25 minutes. This store is small and was a total mess at 10:15 in the morning. Staff was rude and when I asked for help the lady was acting like I was bothering her. This store always has good deals . Got a few outfits for the kids . Three outfits to be exact, all for $35 bucks . My only complaint is the store is so small I can barely shop and get through the aisle with my stroller . I'm pretty sure if I could get through the aisle I would have spent more money .
